My advice is to not waste your time going to this business in Yuba City. Dirty office, looks like from the 50’s that has never been touched. Reception person was nice but then she took us to the office in the back and a lady came in. Never introduced herself. I had called earlier and said someone gave me a set of hearing aids and could they remold and reprogram them. They said, yes, we do it all the time, it’s $ 60. When I mentioned this to the «lady» she said in a very mean voice «that’s NOT what we said». After several insults and talking to us like we were dirt, I told her I had had enough — we got up and left. It was clear all she wanted to know is if we had insurance and how much and she would run the cost up and a little over that amount. She also had a sore on her mouth and kept touching it, then touching the hearing aids and touching my husbands ears. We pretty much ran out of there as fast as we could. Go to Costco and get brand new up to date hearing aids for less money.
