Asked Acme to set-up a wireless router for our two computers. Worked then they left, but upon booting up the next day it failed to properly operate. Lost ability to access printer from both machines and was unable to access email on our desktop. Called(they said to call if any problems popped up and ask for the technician that worked on the router) and asked for the tech. Called again the next day. He never called back and neither did anyone else from Acme. I ended up taking the time to learn how to setup the router myself and it now works perfectly. Not pleased with Acme’s technical knowledge(the tech set it up wrong) nor their response to the problems we had.

If you have a serious tech –problem– they’ll fix it. A little more spendy than a few other places in town, but a very knowledgeable and professional staff.
