Expect to wait for more than an hour for your oil change appointment. I had a 10am appointment for my simple oil change. Leave at 11am with my car sitting in the parking lot for an hour not moving. If you have a lot of spare time, you can take tuffy.

I like this place. The mechanics are trustworthy and labor is relatively cheap. The mechanic will explain to you what is wrong with your car and won’t hesitate to show you on your car exactly what he is talking about. I had 50% off coupon I was ready to use for my last brake job but before I could say anything about it he mentioned it and they gave it to me automatically.
Finding mechanics you can trust is a big part of having a car. I trust these guys.

I went to this service center because it was the closest from where my car refused to start, and my tow truck provider suggested it.
From the first conversation I had with the gentleman at the door, they were making it pretty clear that they had the advantage on me, and pretty much have to do what they want me. From a precarious 60 bucks diagnosis fee to an outrageous price of over 400 dollars for a starter change, they made sure they had me in the bag… It wasn’t like I was going to get my car towed elsewhere. I guess getting to the car repair place is never a pleasant experience, but I certainly felt like I was taken advantage of. The service left much to be desired, and they were not fair in their price. If I have an option, I will not go this place again.

Quick, honest service. I’ve taken my vehicle here twice for breakdowns and had it pulled into the bay almost immediately. The waiting area is fairly Spartan, with just some chairs, magazines and a television.
I like that the mechanics bring you back to your car while it’s on the lift to show you the parts and what is wrong. There’s never a good time to need car repairs, but Tuffy has taken good care of both of my vehicles and they offer a 1-​year parts warranty and 90 days on labor.
