I issue this review based upon Customer Service alone. Unfortunately, my vehicle was a «total loss,» so I am unable to comment on their workmanship. However, I am confident that it would be completed with the same attention to detail that Craig employs when interacting with his clients. He was a tremendously helpful resource, helping me navigate through the trauma of the accident and my dealings with the insurance company. I cannot thank him enough!
As I already mentioned in my tip, this is the ONLY BMW certified body shop in the Ann Arbor area. The nearest BMW Collision Center is in South Bend, IN (there are none in the entire state of Michigan).
