The meat is the kind of meat that you have to cook the same day you buy or else it’ll be bad the next day; Don’t buy the meat.

I live near this store. We bought vegetables and earbuds there this weekend. About the earbuds – they are on sale at the cash register for less than $ 4 for a pair of ‘streets urban earbuds’, selling on Ebay for $ 8.90 and a nearby drug store sells a different brand for $ 10 so a great deal! (we will see how long they last; my kids go through them very quickly). I actually thought the checkout people were great – they seemed to care about customers. This was a nice surprise I would not have expected given that the store can get crowded.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.
Meat goes bad in a day. The fruit is bad. The «marked down» vegetables are a health hazard. Someone needs to call the health department. These people are selling bad food to low income families because they won’t complain. As a young professional I went there hoping to find some deals, but what I found was appalling. You are paying for DOG FOOD.
Now about the employees. They are just as depressing as the food. EARTH TO SAVE-​A-​LOT — –STOP HIRING PEOPLE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITIONS WHO HATE CUSTOMERS. It’s extremely unpleasant, but just adds to the crap that’s being sold.
PEOPLE READING THIS, please take your money elsewhere. You do not want to eat dog food or deal with the people working there. TRUST ME!!!
