Went here as a new client, and for the first time in my life I had to return to a salon so my uneven haircut could be fixed. All I wanted was for my current cut to be trimmed up, and when all was said and done, ended up having several inches cut all around– leaving me with an entirely different hair style. After my first visit my co-​workers pointed out how uneven it was and I immediately contacted the stylist I had. She was able to work me into her schedule to fix it that week, but I had to leave work in the middle of my day, and it took over an hour for her to cut my hair-​with out a wash and style. Luckily I am a pretty laid back person, because I feel most women would have fled this salon in tears having several inches of their hair cut to fix an uneven job. The women here are also extremely unprofessional and gossip-​y. They were talking about other employees behind their back that were not working the day I went in to have my hair «fixed» and it was the owner doing all the trash talking. This place is a carbon copy of the movie Barber Shop, but you get a bad haircut by the end of the movie.

Woohoo! I left this salon beyond pleased! I have been in search a salon that offered the Keratin smoothing treatment and I have just found my Holy Grail salon! Tasha was amazing! She tamed my curly hair like never before! I was a little concerned since I have gone to many salons that claim to have curly hair experts only to experience fine tooth comb detangling sessions, poufy flat ironed hair, and overall hair breakage — no bueno! I also saw one of the stylists installing a weave that was so natural looking. All of the stylists were professional, but friendly, the salon is clean and modern and there is onsite parking. Visit Salon Kimistry, you won’t be disappointed.

I’m new to the area and was so happy to have come across this salon. My hair is natural and very thick. To top that off, I have a pixie haircut. Not only were they able to get me in, they were nice, professional, down to earth, and did a great job on my hair. I wanted another haircut and my hair straightened. My hairdresser was Tasha and she did a phenomenal job! I would recommend this place to anyone and I already booked several more appointments!

I love it here! I have never been able to find a salon I liked until I came here! My hair stylist was Tasha but all of them are amazing. When I had my first appointment a week ago I was calling everywhere to see if anyone could squeeze me in on a Saturday afternoon before my family reunion. It was rough. But when I called here they got me an appointment within 30 minutes! I asked for a cut and color and gave her kinda vague instructions to roll with and she did exactly as I asked, red hair with highlights and a trim. Yesterday I felt bored with my hair style (not because of how it was cut, its just not as bold as I wanted but didn’t think I could do for work) I texted her in the evening about my new plan, turn my shaggy mop into a punk rockers dream! She once again fit me in last minute. I walked in today with a side cut started and no idea how to style it and I left with a great looking side cut and three easy ways to style my hair. I love it here and I don’t plan on finding a new stylist for a long time.
Long story short, the salon is epic! They can handle all sorts of hair types, they are friendly, reasonably priced and make it extremely fun to go in! Definitely deserve the five star ratings.

I love this place! All three stylists do an excellent job with a great deal of attention to details. The salon is beautiful on the inside, everyone is friendly and professional. The flat iron that Tasha did for me was stunning. My naturally (extremely) curly hair was flowing and soft. I can’t stop recommending this salon to people!
