With 34 years of hands-​on experience, Gail Castle combines many skills from the massage, myofascial, meridian system, neurosensorimotor, visceral and energywork realms. Specialties include pain/​trauma resolution, sports medicine, rehab and stress management.

— Therapeutic educator offering re/​training experiences for the health pro and the public interested in «healthfully experiencing change» toward wellness.

This can include the stress management class, «Regulating Your Nervous System … Be Calm and Energized!», therapeutic practice support groups and the Bodywork Bash events.

— Co-​creator of this healthcare micro-​business with her husband, Ken, who helps with the IT, community outreach and «humanager» roles. Smile.
