That’s A Wrap & Pizza Cafe

See that word «pizza» in the title? Well scratch that out as they no longer make pizzas. I would like to tell you that they were the cheapest pizza and we would constantly get these for lunch, but now they focused on their pepperoni rolls, which I would assume have been pretty good sellers since they eliminated their pizzas.
But, if you like wraps or salads I guess their prices are pretty cheap. I’ve had their wraps a few times and I would say as long as they stay cheap you really can’t complain. But since they stopped making pizzas we have not returned

I would have given them 5 stars, except the indoor ice skating rink in the back was only for employees to practice their tricks on break and not open to the public. Bummer because I had my skates in the trunk!

The wraps, home made chips, and pizza… is absolutely wonderful! I love coming to this place because the quality of the food, never changes and the prices are attractively affordable. It’s also very close to home :-)
However, the reason I give this place a 2 star rating is because the last 3 – 4 times I’ve come in, my service has been horrible, and by 1 cashier specifically. She’s blonde, has a facial piercing and is on the short side.
* If a restaurant allows the FACE of their business, who’s core position is to be friendly and assertive to continue in such a manner… I will NOT be a returning customer.

The wraps, pepperoni rolls, and homemade chips are just about the best around. So why such a review??? I have never seen a place more in need of a thorough hose down. One step into the ladies room makes you almost cancel your order, yes, it is that bad. But the worse experience is attempting to empty your trash into the yuckiest trash receptacle ever. The residue on this is ancient yet sticky. I won’t talk about the cashier area floor… eww.
Please, please owners, protect your business and get a cleaning crew in there to give it a good, sterile clean up and make it part of your daily business. Youngstown has lots of restaurants to chose from, and I would hate to see your business decline because customers like me are so turned off. Your food is too good.

Great wraps, good pepperoni rolls and good prices. Eat here!
