My 90-year old mother in law has used this company for the past 34 years for storing her awnings during the winter and reinstalling them in the spring. However she has been complaining to me how each year it has taken longer and deeper into each spring before they come out. This year she has called and called and still with out success even though they have already cashed her check. She threatened to call the BBB but they were unmoved. There are two other competitors which I recommend you check out before using these folks.
