History

Established in 1965.

Richard & Julia Patrone build Camelot when 224 was a country road and the Southern Park Mall was a dream of the DeBartolo family.

It was completely renovated recently by their daughter & son in law.

Today Camelot Lanes is a state of the art bowling alley with automatic scoring, a full bar & restaurant. The business is part of the fabric of the community, serving churches, school, & and charities with fundraisers, offering after school programs and kids birthday parties. Camelot is one of the most popular places for bowling tournaments & leagues.

I wanted to have a bowling birthday party for my 7 year old grandson and chose Camelot Lanes. It was a last minute idea and I had the pleasure of talking to Bob the owner. He was a pleasure to talk to and he advised on the best value package for our party. All eight of us enjoyed bowling! We ordered pizza, wings and fries. Everything was good. The adults were able to have drinks and there is also plenty of arcade games and pool tables. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend.

My original review was a bit confusing… I didn’t mean to suggest go somewhere else because there’s lots of kids. It was actually fine to have kids there, the groups that wanted to drink beer and play pool were fine. I just thought people might like to know that its a family environment too. The suggestion to go somewhere else is more about if you really care about bowling you’d probably get frustrated with the mechanical issues. But they say they’re looking into it!

Our lane kept having problems, they packed all the big groups together so there wasn’t really room for everyone, for 120 $ it was not worth it

Great deals and super friendly service. Wings were pretty good, but super long wait for them, friendly email sign up to get special deals during holidays. Come here every time we visit family in Youngstown.
