Called Jerry from K&J Flooring 4668 Plymouth Ave Yorkville IL. 60 560 on October 5,2015. Jerry came out and did a measure of my complete upstairs bedrooms and halls and closets. I told him I wanted ¾ inch 2⁄14 solid wood pre finished, I offered a sample to take of what is downstairs, and he told me he did not need it. I was told I would get an email with a cost breakdown. 24 days passed and still no cost break down. I called and left several messages, no return call. I finally got thru to him while he was on a job and he told me he forgot about me and would have the cost breakdown in a few days. It is now 37 DAYS after he measured and NO cost breakdown, no return calls and I have wasted my time with K&J flooring of Yorkville IL.
