Business Owner

I graduated Cum Laude from the Music Conservatory at Purchase College with a degree in Studio Composition. This program focuses primarily on the intensive study of performance, songwriting, and engineering while analyzing all academic aspects of music. The second degree I simultaneously earned was in Literature. I have been teaching for ten years and have twenty years experience performing in theatre and for numerous professional ensembles. In this time, I thoroughly explored genres including jazz, rock and roll, blues, R&B and classical. My primary instrument is the guitar and I am also proficient with the bass guitar, voice and piano. I have performed in such venues as Joe’s Pub, Kenny’s Castaways, the Lion’s Den and many more throughout the tri-​state area. Currently, I am completing an instructional book on improvisation and recording new material. The essence of my belief is that a well-​rounded and diverse education combined with regular practice creates a framework for success.
