McCormicks Heating & Air has been in business since 1925. Formerly the company was Wm. F McCormick and was purchased in May of 2011 by Tim & Jennifer Arndt. Tim has been in the HVAC business for over 15 years and was the lead service technician for Wm. F. for seven years before buying the business. McCormicks is a Factory Authorized dealer for Carrier Equipment and Water Furnace Geothermal equipment. We specialize in commercial, residential heating and air conditioning.
