History

Established in 2009.

A Touch of Serenity Salon and Day Spa is owned and operated by 2 familys, the Lowell’s and Gunarich’s. It is our goal to serve the community and offer our guest the best possible massage, body wrap, manicure, pedicure or facial experience they can get. It is also our goal to open a Paul Mitchell hair salon by the 1^st of November 2011. We are proud to pamper guests from out of town who come to York. A Touch of Serenity Salon and Day Spa understands the mind-​body-​spirit connection, and have treated hundreds of loyal guests to a level of healing and relaxation that rebuilds the self that has been damaged by stress to the body and soul.

Penny operates A Touch of Serenity Day Spa after embarking on her own amazing journey of transformation and healing. In 2009, she was overworked and overstressed; caught up in this high paced world. Bill L.

Business Owner

Bill… is retired after 21 years of service from the U.S. Army, he just recently retired as a Logistician from the Federal Government and now he has time to work full time at the Salon Day Spa. Bill has his MBA in management and a Masters in Computer Science. He is working towards his coaching certificate now, from the Christian Life Coach training program. Along with Penny, Chris and Lauren Bill tries to keep things going here at the spa.
