And, we never have had to wait until the next day until our calls have been returned. We always receive a return phone call within a few hours either at night when the employees get off work or if it’s on the weekend they return the calls on weekend days.
They always come quickly to diagnose the problem. If they can’t fix the problem right then they give you a time and date when they will return and they honor their commitments.
Their fees and prices are reasonable… On the times when we’ve had competitive bidding, Say on a new furnace unit, their prices have been competitive.
