Winery At Main Street

What a lovely romantic winery! We wanted to do something relaxing on a Saturday night, wine tasting was a perfect idea. I really liked how relaxing and chill this place was, the live band performing was great too.
I tried whites and fruit wine tasting, most of them were very tasty, hubby had all reds, he loved them. Later on we ordered some cheese and salami to snack on, they were great wth wines.
The two owners were extremely friendly and fun, think we will be back soon, I really LOVE this cute little winery!

Went here for a first date because it was a half way point for us both. Greeted by owner Patti soon as we walked in the the door. The staff was friendly. Wine and prices were great. Definitely will be back to try other things on menu.
Patti’s husband, I think his name was Steve, came over and talked with us. He was so funny. This place was quaint and had a welcoming atmosphere.

What a blast! I was a little worried about making my own wine and how it’d come out. But my fears were quickly brushed aside once I met the folks there & realized each step would be overseen by someone who knows what the hell they’re doing! As a result, I had a great time & the end result was pretty damn good, if I do say so myself.

I have been here since the beginning and I just absolutely love you guys! Beautiful spot and amazing wine!

I tell everyone that they have to come here! We had a girls night here and it was so much fun because of the great customer service. We loved the wine the wine tastings and food and the night was even more memorable because it is so fun talking to everyone that works here!

Really enjoyed the wine here. But if you’re not a regular, they’ll surely forget to check on you and your table. Was trying for the longest time to get someone’s attention so that we could get another bottle… never happened. My friend had to walk up to the bar so that we could get the tab.

I live in North L.A. County and came down for the weekend with my friend who lives in Placentia and it was a last minute find on Unilocal.We walked in and immediately were greeted with warm smiles and introductions to the owners. This place is super friendly, down to earth and comfortable. Great wine, reasonably priced and fun! The music was also great. Two private parties were going on and they still took the time to pay attention to everyone. My friend joined the wine club and we can’t wait to come back! Hidden gem in Yorba Linda!

Great place to go for a relaxing, enjoyable night! You will be treated like family as the wine is made by a mom, dad and son team! They offer live music on Fridays and Saturdays ! Good wine, nice atmosphere ! Highly recommend!

Great atmosphere! Everyone welcome and a very friendly crowd… Great wines… Try the Envy!

The Winery is not far from my home, and I really wanted to love it, but it didn’t have either the atmosphere or the wines that appealed to me. We went over on a Saturday right after opening time a few months ago. It’s dark inside, with low lighting and dark woods, and while that’s very evocative of the 70’s, I have to admit to liking wineries that are bright and open. Add to that the fact that I just found their wines to be a little too sweet and one-​dimensional, and I don’t have any plans to return. It sounds like they have a great group of regulars that support the place, so more power to them.
Warning … don’t depend on the Unilocal listing for accurate hours … when we dropped by, Unilocal gave an opening time that was off by an hour. Not sure if that’s been fixed, but phone first unless you’re so close that the drive doesn’t matter.

There is nothing more fun than creating your own wine with the help of the wonderful helpful staff, they truly make you feel like family. The sampling, bottling and labeling is some of the most fun a group of people can have. The finished product brings back the happy memories every time you open a new bottle. They also make great gifts!!! I think it’s time for me to go make a new batch!!!

It’s been about 18 months overdue for a first visit. I work for a company that just moved out from 2 doors down from the Winery. but until this passed weekend, I didn’t have a solid enough reason to go in there.
My friends who are musicians from Riverside, had there debut performance in their on Saturday night. I know a few of the business owners on Main street, so It was nice to connect with another and feel like part of the Main St family. The winery family owners were very hospitable and the service was excellent. They also referred to me as part of «the family». How often does one here that anymore from restaurants and bars?
Typically, I like chardonnay best, but I ordered a bottle of their peach white for myself and a girl friend to share, which is very good and reasonably priced! They had us sample a few other wines prior to ordering. The atmosphere is very friendly and the clientele is mainly locals. For as small as the place is, it’s nicely laid out with a good size bar and comfortable seating.
I like the idea of being able to bring food in as they only serve cheese, crackers and some cold cut meats.

I came into this winery the other week and enjoyed the wide variety if fruit wines which are not found in most wineries in this area. The staff was very friendly and they make you feel right at home. They welcome you with a personality like they’ve known you for ages.
The atmosphere is more suited for the older generation and you can see a lot of regulars come in and hog the bar area. They usually don’t do tastings on the weekends but since it was slow they offered to do it for us. We got 2 tastings and bought 6 glasses of fruit wines along with a cheese/​meat platter with crackers.
The only issue of why I gave this place 3 stars is because they gave us the cheese/​meat and crackers still in the package and we had to open and slice all the cheese and meat ourselves. In all the wineries I’ve been to, the staff usually serves it nicely on a plate/​board, so this place threw us off. I guess it’s that make-​you-​feel-​at-​home experience since you would cut your own food at home.
Overall, I would still come back because the wine was delicious and the staff was very friendly.
PS– they should name their new blueberry wine: Blue Bayou :)

We were a group of Asians greeted by a bar full of non-​Asians with lots of stares upon arrival. They tried to be friendly to us and say hello but it was odd that the host didn’t greet us? After we were invited to sit down she graciously offered to do a wine tasting for us on a Saturday since it wasn’t as busy because of the earthquake.
Well, she brought us two tastings before being terribly distracted by other «regulars» that had walked in. She seemed to be having a great time and did not apologize for abandoning our tasting until we were getting the check. Another helper at the winery assisted us but didn’t finish the tasting either. (Supposed to get 5 only got 3.) Well, since it was taking so long we just ordered our glasses of wine. When we got them, they were… Well, they tasted like 2 buck Chuck to us, with a dissolved colored pencil. We were pretty disappointed and they didn’t even have us taste it before giving us the full cup. We would have changed our option but my group didn’t want to make a scene and return the glasses.
Well, we decided to just pay and leave, some of us not even finishing the glass. This was a pretty cool idea since they ferment their own wine, but lack of service and quality just made us decide not to come back. Their glasses are pretty cheap, ranging from $ 6-​$ 8 but after having tried it, I think those prices are a bit steep.
The other gentlemen who helped us was very sweet but I guess, I just expected the mom of the winery to be a little more attentive to new customers. I understand she has to attend to the regulars, but I mean, we didn’t even get to finish our tasting. Yeah, it was free, but then don’t offer to give it to us? This place just left me super disappointed.
If they change the quality of their wine selection I might come back to taste it, but otherwise I will surely stay away.

I am not, by any means, a wine expert or even an enthusiast. I usually prefer my buzz from a cocktail, a pint of beer or if I’m feeling bold, a shot glass. Lol. I came here bc a friend was having her birthday party here so I figured I’d go, have a glass of whatever pretentious wine would be put in front of me and call it a night. But boy was I glad I came here! I arrived on a Friday night shortly before 11. Their «closing time» was eleven. But since there was still a few parties inside, they kept it open. I ordered a bottle of strawberry wine (white) from their menu ($ 15) and boy was it delicious! I would have ordered another one but they were out of that bottle for the night (darn!) But the delicious wine was not even the best part of this place, it was their cool decorations & ambience and their super amazing owners/​staff! They served us with a smile and made us feel like we were hanging with some old friends! Kept us drinking and talking til after one am! I am definitely coming back here! Some things to note: they don’t serve food but you are allowed to bring food/​have food delivered. It’s got a bar vibe at night but it’s actually a winery… they make and bottle their own wines on site. Their red wines are delicious too (I’m not normally a fan). There’s also a wine club but I don’t know much about it (I probably will though). Lastly, the owners are awesome! :)

I LOVE this place and only wish I could spend more of my time there. When you walk in you automatically feel like family. Because I love them so much I joined the wine club which was a smart move on my part.

It’s been about five years now and the Heel family has never let us down. Outstanding service. Amazing wine. Great atmosphere. And all my friends I’ve brought have loved it so much, they join the wine club too! And we get a private party once month. I always look forward to it.

Wow, this might be the friendliest 1^st time visit to a wine room ever. Granted milady is a semi-​regular, but man do the owners spread the love. I may have been the only 1^st timer, but I was treated like a regular as well.
Their story is way cool. One of the sons showed an interest in wine making, which his parents encouraged and are backing. Both parents and their other son were holding down the fort on the night we were there. They informed that they make all of their wines on premise from «juice from various places around California.» I thought dad said they presently have over 30 varietals, but their website states 60. He did say they are in the process of narrowing that number down to better focus on the more popular selections.
I was most impressed by their «Old Vine Zinfandel» and a Pinot. The Zin has a little spice to it along with some pepper. Love me a peppery Zin, and this is more than worth its $ 20 price point. Plus its kinda cool to have a bottle of wine with Yorba Linda spelled out on the label. Whoda thunk one would ever see that?
Milady said that the regulars often bring in food to share, and on this night there was an excellent tiramisu for sampling. Mmmm, tiramisu and Zinfandel, a match made in wine heaven. Or I guess, Yorba Linda too.
