Can’t express enough how thoroughly disappointed I am in this company. Wish there was a 0 star option. We were driving on the freeway and our drivers side window burst into a million pieces. It was pouring down rain and we are from out of town on a Sunday with 3 little kids. I found this company on Unilocal and I called in a panic and explained to this guy our situation to which he was friendly and said «that’s terrible I’m so sorry I’ll call you right back please give me 10 – 15 min to check my inventory really quick.» Needless to say over an hour later we were still sitting and waiting in the rain with a broken window for a call back. I called back the # several times and he didn’t pick up. Even if he couldn’t help us he should have had the courtesy to let me know and I expressed to him we weren’t from here and had called several places but none were open because it was a Sunday so he knew I was really in a tough spot. Way to be unprofessional by leaving a family stranded in the rain.

Eric is the best! Motivated, professional, and cheaper than the competition. I had my windshield replaced by Top Class quicker and for less than Safelite quoted me. I’m sending all my friends here.

Top class was a lifesaver. I needed the glass on my sunroof replaced, I called a dozen places each of them referred me to someone else and said they were unable to do it or were priced ridiculously for replacing a piece of glass since I have the glass myself. called top class Eric said yes we can do it. They did a great job at a good price.

Bottom line– I will use them everytime. I called every place in orange county Top Class was the lowest price by $ 50. So convenient to contact by text. Did not always receive a fast reply, but obviously he’s busy working. I dealt with the owner Eric. He was prompt, professional, and thorough. Any type of auto adventure is always intimidating for a woman, Eric was honest, fair, and respectful. Save time and go with Top Class Auto Glass.

made an appointment twice for windshield replacement. did not call back to confirm on the changes for first appointment.
DID NOT BOTHER TO SHOW up for the 2^nd appointment. just made me wait at home entire morning. no calls and did not pick up calls when i called in. called at least 5 times. no one to pickup and no one returned my message.
this is not the way to treat people. it should be zero stars.

Great friendly service. Being a girl it’s hard to find auto specialists that make you feel comfortable and at ease and they did just that! They went above and beyond when it came to service ! Try them you will not be disappointed !

This place is great. They are cheap, polite and very good at what they do. The guy came to my house right on time, did quick walk through and finished in 90 minutes. It cost me 140 installed vs the 209 safelite was quoting. This is the place to go for window replacement.

These guys are great! Low price, quick and same day service. My windshield looks AMAZING. I would definably recommend them to anyone.

I shopped around after being quoted $ 280 by OC Windshields. UH UH. The $ 99 special for qualifying vehicles on Top Class’s website really caught my eye. I immediately called and a very professional fellow promptly set up an appt for the next morning. I was quoted $ 139 and I was beyond thrilled.
The next day…
Guy gives me a call that he is on the way and running a lil late. Thought that was a nice gesture. Same courteous service and he had no problem when I left him with my BF to run an errand. I returned to a fixed windshield and a cleaner car. They clean the dash area and vacuum for you also. :Hurray: He advised my BF to leave the tape on for 3 days and to avoid driving for an hr etc… First time anyone telling me this! I felt taken care of and charged fairly.
Highly recommend!

My window was shattered and they replaced it while I was at work. It was nice to have them do it without me having to drop my car off anywhere. They were friendly and had great prices.

I generally don’t leave reviews for a job well done (I figure it’s their job to do a good job. :P) In this case, I felt compelled to sign up on Unilocal just to leave these guys a great review. Super nice and very responsive. He showed up exactly when he said he would, replaced my windshield in about the amount of time he said it would take, and even cleaned the interior of the car /​headlights. His prices were better than any of the competition, too. Cannot recommend him enough. I’ll definitely be going back to him with any other auto glass needs!

I’d like to give even a 4 star but no! He never showed up for our original app I called n rescheduled he showed up 1 and an half late. Said he’d clean windows, interior, and headlights nope nope nope. Biggest disappointment is that he didn’t even clean the tape from the interior or exterior of out truck! I’m sure he deals with taped-​up windows regularly Then begged us to give a review on Unilocal!!!He seems like a nice guy but not very reliable or true to his word.

Great service and communication. Top glass will be quick to call you back when you leave a message or if he needs to get you a quote. Quick servicing skills and knowledgeable on his trade ! I would recommend him for another jeep windshield replacement anytime!

A few weeks ago, my husband and I hopped into our truck to head out for a night on the town… only to find a huge crack in our windshield. :(I immediately started calling around for quotes, and decided to go with a big name auto glass replacement company. Oddly enough, the next day my husband was working and happened to run into someone who replaces windshields… and at a fraction of the cost! I quickly did my research on the company and saw that they are a reputable company, so we decided to go with them.
These guys are amazing! They worked around our schedule and came to our house. I believe it was the owner that showed up, along with another employee (I forgot to get their names). I was impressed with how considerate and polite they both were. In addition to the excellent customer service I received, they did an amazing job on my windshield and then, to top it off, they cleaned the interior of my car. All of that for $ 160.00…about $ 100 cheaper than the big name competitor.
I really appreciate good customer service and good quality work, and I certainly wasn’t disappointed with Top Class Auto Glass! I am very happy to recommend this company to anyone looking for a great deal on windshield replacement and excellent customer service!

Eric’s customer service skills are amazing! I found this company on Craigslist this morning and they were on-​site in a few hours time. I got a receipt for my records and he even threw in headlight and interior cleaning! He came to my job and completed the job in about an hour. I will definitely refer to my friends, family & coworkers.

I found Top Class Auto Glass through Yahoo! last week. My windshield had a crack caused by a flying object on the freeway which had branched into another long crack, leaving it in poor condition. My dad’s car also had a small crack, and we figured we could fix both cars at once.
I spoke with Eric, the owner of the business, on a Tuesday evening, and by Wednesday afternoon, he was at my residence fixing both of the cars. He offered us a very affordable price, even giving a $ 20 discount for having more than one car that needed fixing. He charged us $ 119 for each windshield, which is a lot better than the prices I was getting from other windshield repair businesses.
The windshield looks great, but what impressed me more was Eric’s customer service. Any time I called him, he answered the phone immediately. He had a very friendly demeanor and was very polite. After I had the windshield installed, I thought there was a problem with the sealing because I would hear a humming sound while driving. Eric drove from Yorba Linda to Glendora to check it out, only to find that the problem was that the tape temporarily put on the edges of the windshield was loose and the flapping against the glass was causing the humming sound. I felt really silly, but Eric was very friendly and insisted that he was glad to help.
Overall, a great experience! I would definitely recommend Top Class to a friend.

I found Top Class Auto Glass through a Craigslist ad. They had an eye-​catching special for a new windshield at $ 99! The guy I spoke with, Erik, was very professional and friendly. He took care of my appointment right away and offered free mobile service regardless of my location.
The job took only about an hour, in which they were able to remove the old glass, install the new glass, clean my interior, and even restore my crusty headlights to like-​new condition!
Top Class Auto Glass accepts three forms of payment: cash, check, or credit/​debit card. Overall, I was highly satisfied with the customer service I was given, the job was top-​notch, and Erik of Top Class Auto Glass was attentive and timely when it came to my cars’ needs!
