This review is WAY overdue, but better late than never, right?! CeCe did a beautiful sombre/​highlight on my hair 10 weeks ago and I am STILL receiving compliments on my hair! That’s how you know you’ve received a good dye job! I am absolutely in love with my hair even 10 weeks later. CeCe is a wonderful stylist with a great, upbeat, positive attitude and definitely listens to what you want to do with your hair as well as provide professional suggestions & feedback. I am already planning my next appointment with CeCe and can’t wait to be back in her chair! Thank you so much CeCe!

I am new to the beauty world and Michon was very understanding and patient with me. Despite my horrible way of describing what I wanted and coming in with horrible hair she managed to figure out exactly what I wanted and fixed the mess on my head. She created a new color for me that I get compliments on daily. She was funny and made me feel special. I had fun which is rare for me in a salon. I had such an amazing experience. Thank you Michon.

I was looking for a new hair dresser to do my roots, color and trim. I was fortunate to get an appointment with Michon. I was very pleasantly surprised by her knowledge, confidence and final product of my hair. I was so impressed by Michon’s professionalism and knowledge that I returned a week later for a scalp treatment. I cannot say enough about Michon and my experience with her talent and awesome personality. I would definitely recommend her if you are looking for someone who is professional, experienced in her field and ready to help you look and feel your very best.

I’m very disappointed, nobody can Even tell I got work done on my hair and I spend so much money, I feel this job was so simple I could have done it myself at home. And I felt pressure to say I liked it by Michone when in reality I didn’t. I ask for ombré with highlights and she jumped for the easy job, just the ombré with no much difference in my hair on the before and after. And I did say like a million times I wanted highlights. I don’t know why she didn’t bother to specify before jumping into the easy job for a well paid amount. She spend about one hour coloring my hair the the other 2 drying the hair and curling it. I really feel ripped of because now I will have to spend a lot more money just to get the results I originally asked for. Never trusting anyone again when the reassure me they are the best at what they do. You be the judge before and after photos, $ 150 dollar job. I give it 2 stars because I actually did like the haircut.

I had an appointment with Michon today, So no one ever told me I had an orange orangutang looking ombré until Michon snapped a picture of my hair and I was disgusted of how orange it was I told her my goal was to get lighter than what I originally had. My hair is very dark, so it’s a process and I understand. She also let me know that we weren’t going to get to the PLATINUM blonde ombré I wanted with one try which I understood. She cares about your hair, no matter what your goal is with your hair color, she will be realistic with you and I’d rather have that than having someone tell me what I wanna hear and have a different result and be disappointed. Well, my picture explains it all she did a FABULOUS job and I’ll be coming back for a touch up soon! I was very comfortable with her since her personality is laid back. The salon was clean, and the staff was nice.

This review is for Michon! I just got my hair colored and cut today by her! I came in not sure what to do and she saved my life. She put blonde all throughout my hair and did a beautiful job. There is no more orange in my hair because of her! I am so happy I saw her and I will continue to go back! Also, that salon is modern and gorgeous! Wonderful people working there!

I got full highlights by Michon, and she did a marvelous job. I have blonde hair, and she listened to my request to bring out my natural blonde without it being bleached-​looking. Also, she spread them out nicely making my look natural (as opposed to streaks/​stripes).
I had used a Groupon, and she even went above and beyond my expectations.
This is definitely the place to go!

Came in for the first time and left SO happy!!! My hair came out perfect! Sarah is very sweet and real. She listens and is a true artist! I will definitely recommend my friends to come, I noticed everyone there was doing a great job. I’m so excited to step out with my new hair!

The nail polish doesn’t last a day!!! Your hair color doesn’t last two weeks. It’s terrible. So why go to a cheap salon if you can get better outcome somewhere?

I called yesterday afternoon to make an appointment and Angel was a pleasure to speak to. She made the process simple, asked questions, was efficient and knowledgeable while booking my appointment. Nothing like previous reviews mention. I did call a few months back to schedule an appointment but it didn’t work out. I’m glad they’ve made changes and now have an awesome receptionist.
I’ll update the review later today with the results of my appointment, so far I am very pleased.

I get my hair done by one of the owners, Sarah S. She is beyond amazing. Not only does she do an amazing job, but she is upfront and honest! If something you want is going to damage your hair or is something that will take multiple sessions to get, she tells you upfront! She is a stylist that is eager to learn new techniques and is constantly educating herself and the salon! She recently took Tracey Cunningham’s color class… Tracey is a celebrity stylist, most known for Khloe Karadashian’s hair… She is very well known and respected in the hair world… Days after the class I had an apt with Sarah and she used all her new tricks to make my hair look gorgeous! I’m very happy with her and would recommend anyone looking for amazing color or extensions to go to her!

Made my appt with a Groupon voucher. Suzy was my stylist. I specifically asked for a v-​cut with long layers, my hair was past my waistline. We first decided about 4 inches off, but she said i could actually go 6 inches and it would hardly be noticeable. I trusted her, as she was the one with the license. She was very nice, we small talked and discovered we grew up in the same area, graduated from the same high school. Overall a nice experience. But i ended up with a straight cut and some layers around my face. A straight cut was not what i asked for, but it was fine at the time so i was happy with it. But it’s been a week & a half and i can’t get over the straight cut look, i really HATE the look of a fresh haircut, i prefer the choppy look and she even agreed with me. So after a week i began to realize how much i DON’T like my cut. I don’t know if she intentionally went a different direction thinking i would love it, or if she was covering up a mistake.
If the salon agrees to contact me and make it right, I’ll retract this post and replace it with a positive review. But until then, be cautious with your style if you get Suzy. Check the progress often to make sure she’s going toward the right goal. Maybe even have her repeat several times the style you want, just to reaffirm.

I bought a Groupon after seeing all the good reviews. Getting an appointment was simple! Unlike many other salons, I didn’t have to wait 2 – 3 weeks for an appointment. I called Monday and my appointment was booked for Thursday morning! This was definitely a plus!
Upon arriving, no one greeted me at the door but that’s fine… I guess… since everyone seemed pretty busy. Moreover, I didn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes before I was seated at Mishon’s station.
Mishon was just adorable! I learned that she has been doing hair for two decades and only recently relocated to Yorba Linda for about nine months! Talk about experience!
I quickly explained to her that I wanted a blunt long bob cut and for my hair to go from light black color to a dark brown color! She was considerate and promised to do her best :)
When she was dying my hair, she was a bit rough (i had to wipe my ears and forehead twice with the towel because some of the dye had traveled beyond my hairline and was irritating my skin…) but overall, Michon indeed displayed expertise when it came to getting the style and cut and color i wanted.
Conclusion: I would recommend getting a haircut and color with Michon! She is a hard worker and is very attentive to what you want. You can tell that she wants you to leave satisfied with your new hair style… and thus, I really applaud her for her dedication and enthusiasm when it comes to catering to her customers… even after being in the field for over twenty years! You can be sure that you’ll leave happy when you get your hair cut by Michon :)

Rita did a great job on my hair, esp considering she had never done my hair before nor I had my hair done in 8 months!

Okay, most painful haircut of my life. Lots of rough tugging while my hair was getting cut. Blow dry was even worse. Hair drier was continually held at one point of my hair while chatting happened in the background. (Let’s note: my hair is HORRIBLY temperamental about stuff like this and I had quite a bit get tugged out. Drove straight to Sephora and Lush to get some emergency masks.)
It was also under half an hour from when I got into the shampooing chair to when left the salon, so service was definitely rushed. Also ended the experience with a snide «she’s groupon.» (Let’s get something straight here: you decided to advertise on Groupon – the premise of which is in exchange for massive amounts of advertising you give a discounted rate which combines to attract new customers who will become repeat customers if you wow them.)
However, I will say that the overall after effect of the hair cut was okay.

I have to admit that I’m extremely picky about my hair. I’ve tried stylist after stylist and finally found Sarah! She does an amazing job and her salon is extremely nice with a super relaxing atmosphere. She now has a client for life.
I highly recommend her and her salon to anyone in need of amazing service and a perfect style!
