Only American cars. Made an appt. didn’t call me to tell me they don’t service Japanese or European cars. Waste of time.

I moved to this area recently and wanted to find a good shop, it is important to me to have a mechanic that is close by, explains things clearly, and is responsive. I found all these things with Savi Ranch Automotive, they are knowledgable and thorough and demonstrate some of the best customer service I have ever seen. That means a lot to me, caring for customers builds trust and confidence, I will definitely be back. I know it was a busy day, yet I was given realistic expectations for time commitments and recommendations I appreciated, and the work was completed professionally and on time. Thank you Savi Ranch!

I took my car in there the last month with major car problems. They fixed my car under budget. They were courteous and knowledgable. We just moved to the area and was in need of a trusty mechanic. And we found our place thanks again to the owner and workers you made a big difference in our customer experience.

WOW! I have found a new automotive home for everything I need! I rely on my truck every single day to make my living, and I have found the one stop shop for all my needs. I read about Savi Ranch Auto on Unilocal and it’s very close to my house so when my wife’s starter went out I called them up. My wife has a honda civic, there isn’t a lot of room under the hood to get tools into which means you have to disassemble things to get to the part you need to work on and it often is a PITA.
Josh is the owner and I talked with him and he scheduled me in for the next day. I can handle most of the minor mechanical problems but when it’s going to take me more than a few hours and requires running multimeter electrical probing I’d rather have a mechanic handle it.
A lot of places don’t take the time to troubleshoot the problem and just start changing parts and charging you for them. When I talked to Josh he told me about each step he was going to take, many of them were things I had already done so I was confident he knew what he was doing. There were some other things that my wife’s car still needed but weren’t necessary at the moment and Josh just let me know that I should take a look at it later on instead of trying to charge me for things we didn’t need. Josh gave me an up front estimate on what it would cost and the out the door price came back less than that!
Honest mechanics are hard to find, smart mechanics are even harder to find. Josh is both and I’ll definitely be going back to Savi Ranch Auto the next time I encounter things that I can’t handle. Don’t go to the stealership when you have car problems, go see Josh.

I called about air leaking out of my wife’ car. Josh picked up the phone and said to come by and they’ll take a look. Tire repair was quick and painless.
The shop’s convenient for Yorba Linda residents. There was no push for additional services. I’d highly recommend Savi Ranch Automotive.

Let me just start by saying I do not live in Yorba Linda nor is it convenient for me to come here. So why here you ask? Well I do not know anyone as honest and helpful as the mechanics here at Savi Ranch. Josh does not just tell me I need to get something fixed like most places do, he SHOWS me and EXPLAINS to me what happens if the issue persists. Not a lot of other paces do that! Everyone here always takes care of my cars, I mean they are nothing fancy (I have an Altima and Yaris) but I do appreciate the fact that they always provide great service for my babies. Since discovering Savi Ranch Auto, I do not take my cars anywhere else. I would definitely recommend this place to locals and even people who would not mind the trip out here to make sure their care is well cared for!

These guys are hands down the best auto mechanics I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Josh is the owner, and he is supremely qualified as both a mechanic and a business owner. He understands the importance of building rapport with customers and developing strong repeat customers as the cornerstone of the business.
When Toyota have me the run around and was trying to charge me an arm and a leg, these guys were straightforward, honest, clear, fair, and well-​priced. He took the time to explain what they were doing, how they were doing it, why it was important, what to look for, etc.
I had him diagnose my electrical system and replace my alternator. He offered me a ride home, kept me in the loop, gave me a fair quote and stuck to his word. I could not have been happier with his service.
I’ve been on the short end of the stick when it comes to mechanics more times than once. This business had restored my faith in auto mechanics.

I worked on automotive my whole life. I have Savi Ranch work in my vehicles because i don’t have the time. I check their work from time to time. They are honest, do great great work, and are competitively priced. The comment below «beware» sounds like he is a guy with driving issues. Savi Auto is great!!!

If you don’t have an older brother whose best friend owns an auto repair shop, don’t worry: you’ll feel just as welcomed and well taken care of at Savi Ranch Automotive.
I’ve been here a couple of times and all I can say is that they provide honest and reliable service. They aren’t out to take advantage of you like some repair shops and they also know what they’re doing! During both of my visits, Josh (whom I’m assuming is the owner) was very helpful and sincere.
I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else and I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great auto repair shop in this area.

Great service, fair price, and never had isues with the repair and service that they did to my truck two months ago! Josh was so sweet! I’m guessing he’s the owner. He felt with my tons of calls today after I messed up one of my tires pretty bad this morning. He was very helpful and kind and when I got to the shop to check on my car all the other workers were super cool and on top of everything as well! It seemed like they had all taken a look at my car which made me really happy that every employee took the initiative to do so. Plus, the overall vibe of the shop is great! As soon as I walked in I felt very comfortable and relaxed! Definitely going there again with any car troubles and recommending it to everyone! :)

Forgotten to give these guys a review. Firstly, the owner (which I presume) was really inviting. He took initiation to be kind to all his customers and genuinely seemed like he was there to help, not to scam like some other places.
I was there to get pads and rotors done. Typically, I do my own service work, but I was going on a long trip and I didn’t have the proper impact wrenches to remove some bolts, so I came to the closest place possible. He also gave me an exception to work on my car with my own provided parts.
He also originally thought I was changing out the front rotors and pads, but when I came in, he didn’t realize I was talking about both so we worked out a deal and met me halfway.
Needless to say, the job was done really well, I’ve been driving on the brakes for about 2 months now and there was been no issues at all.
Feel free to come here whether you know a lot about cars or not and you’ll be taken care of!

I came in to replace a car battery but stayed to get some other work done while I was here.
The owner Josh was straight forward and honest about everything which I highly respect and he’s a cool guy. I knew there were a few issues with my car but they let me know what they could do for me but never tried to upsell me. They made sure to fill me with the details of each operation and they know their stuff. I’d come back again and I recommend anyone in the area to check them out as well. Great service, reasonable prices, and a honest business, what more can you ask for.

Josh is one of those few honest mechs who will make sure your service is done right and fairly. Saved me a bunch of money by letting me know that the root cause of one of my electrical issues was not what I initially asked him to fix. My car had a check engine light on for months. I know I should have brought it in asap, but I had excuses not to bring it in. I finally brought it in to Savi Ranch Auto Group which is the same shop my employer brings in his fleet of trucks for service. That was my referral. I brought in my car and from the begining the service was polite and honest. My car has over 100,000 miles so I knew it would have a lot of costly repairs. After the diagnostic, I recieved a phone call, I had a small tear in a hose, simple fix low cost. This auto shop has built value in me as a client. They were honest and never upsold me any other repairs that most auto shops have asked me for in the past. I will definitely return for all future services. Came in on my break from school to get a oil change. Most places you have to make a appointment and wait for a good oil change I walked in and was out in less than a hour. My tire pressure light was on also and they fixed it up for no charge. The mechanics explain everything they are doing and will even show you where the problem is on your car.
They have a nice waiting room as well with TV, wifi, and heater. I always just sit and do my homework and it is quiet and relaxing.

Came to Savi Ranch Automotive for an oil change and couldn’t have been more satisfied by the customer service and accommodation. I called to make an appointment with Josh. He was incredibly accommodating! He allowed me to come in immediately. I knew that I probably needed the air filters changed as well on my car (it was at 65K miles). Josh checked both my air filter and cabin filter for me. Even though I gave him the okay to change both, he told me that the air filter was fine and didn’t need a change. I appreciated his honesty so much. Very different from what I’ve come to expect from auto mechanics.
The shop is in a good location next to a lot of shopping but more importantly, not too far from Anaheim Hills Golf Course. I played a round, came back and the car was ready to go! I recommend Savi Ranch Auto 100%.
