Horrible. Linda could not speak English well and could not explain anything to me. She asked me how to spell the word «picture» do not waste your money or time here

I had my taxes done at H&R for years. I went to this H&R and provided all the tax and 401 documents. I just received a letter from the IRS for 2011 stating I owe $ 2400.00. It appears that some of the documents that were not only given, but even attached to my tax documents, did not get added to the tax form, which means I owed more than what I stated. The IRS forwards their findings to the state so I will have that payment to look forward to as well.
Nice going H&R not only did you screw up my tax forms, but you actually sent the data to them so they wouldn’t have to go looking for it! You sure have some sharp people do our taxes!
