This is the third year I have worked with Fun Services for our schools carnival and they are awesome. They make it so easy. They are super helpful when you are ordering and the guys that come the day of event are great. Really friendly and hard working. They couldn’t have been nicer (even after working all day long)
I highly recommend Fun Services and will be using them again.

We used Fun Services of an employee event of about 500 people. I could not have asked for a better event! Everybody from Scott, the event planner to Victor, the operations manager were professional and provided superb service! They went above and beyond, helping me breakdown items that werent event theirs. Everybody who attened was throughly impressed by the professionalislm.

We used their services for our company picnic. They were on time setting up, their food was great and staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely use their services for future events.

I used Fun Services to rent a hot dog machine for my son’s carnival-​themed birthday. I found them really easy to work with, and their prices are reasonable. They made it very easy to book the machine, and to coordinate pick up and drop off times. I would definitely use them again!

Company picnic + Fun Services =SUCCESS!!! They were great from beginning to end. Very patient and good with the kids. Many compliments. Definitely using them again.

Called Fun Services for a private casino party event with about a month to go. They «booked» me by saying that they had me on the books for the tables but were waiting to get the dealers to man them. Assured me not to worry and would send a contract once the dealers were confirmed. I called a week and a half later, chatted their online service to ask about the status of the event since I hadn’t received any contract to sign. Online service can’t access events and left a note for the business to call me. Never received a call. A couple days later, called Fun Services and they said they were still waiting for dealers but assured me that I was «on the books» and he’d send a contract the next day. 2 days later, no contract so I called again and they said that unfortunately, they couldn’t get the dealers and were not able to do my event a week and a half out. They did give me the number to another company, which I called, but no one picked up the phone. I wish I had the experience that so many of the other posters had but maybe manned casino parties are not as easy for them to plan. Thankfully, I was able to find another company to go with on such short notice. I gave 1 star because though they did say they were still looking for dealers, they made false assurances verbally saying I was «on the books» and to «not worry, we’ll send out a contract». Customer service needs some work to not verbally promise things they can’t deliver and string potential customers along.
Regarding: Private Birthday Casino Party requiring tables and dealers.
Pro: Friendly
Cons: Not returning phone calls, verbally promising contracts but not sending them, not reliable for «Manned» events with less than 30 days time frame.
I also purchased a Unilocal deal which really made this company seem legit and convinced me that if they had Unilocal deals set up, they were very organized and confident about their services to put out a Unilocal deal. Now I will need to find out how to get a refund since I will not be using their services after all.

Awesome company! I’ve used them for the past three years for our church Harvestfest. The staff members are so kind and helpful! I highly recommend this place!

I am a party planner and had searched high and low for a Spin Art machine of some sort for a friends party! I really thought I was going to let them down. Then I found FUN SERVICES… they were professional, accommodating, fairly priced. I looked like a star when I could have been embarrassed. I will always reach out for all of my Creative Parties For Kids events now… when I need to rent something cool!

Great job as always — quality service and products, consistently reliable — they’ve been there for our annual neighborhood park 4^th of July Carnival for about 15 years now!

Fun Services is truly a one stop shop. They are always willing to work within your budget. I use this company quite often and love how the staff arrives promptly and are «guest ready» 15 mins prior to my events. I would definitely recommend them to other special event planners.

We have used Fun Services several years in a row. Every year we have had a great experience with them. They are friendly helpful professional and they have GRAT ATTITUDES. Scott is great Victor is great the staff is helpful with everything and extra things! They go beyond to make our event a tremendous success every year. Their equipment, jumpers, bouncers, chairs, tents, etc are also clean, in good condition and good presentation. The people they contract out with and Fun Services are always on time and stay until the complete job and clean up is complete!!! I highly recommend Fun Services and definitely will use them again and again!!!

We just used Fun Services for our school carnival and they were great. Scott was super helpful setting up the order. He responded promptly to questions and requests. On the day of the event, Ryder and Tim were on time and very professional. We will definitely use them again!

We just used Fun Services for our school carnival and the were terrific! They made the entire process fun and easy which is great when you are volunteering your time to put on a school event. Their equipment is great, Their employees were on time and extremely professional. In fact our school sprinklers went on unexpectedly and got some of their inflatables wet and they just took it in stride. Did not even complain! We loved working with them and will definitely
use them again.

This is the second time our HOA has used Fun Services in some capacity. The last time they provided the face painters and photo booth. This time they provided not only the face painters, photo booth, but also midway games, tables/​chairs and the jumper with two attendants. Everyone had a great time at the party. Would I use Fun Services for a third time? YES you better believe it!!!

Melissa was great to work with and so helpful in planning our carnival. The team that came to set up was helpful and when a problem did arise they were on top of it and got it fixed before anyone even knew there was one. Thank you again!

They were great. Easy ordering, Ryan very helpful in determining which attractions best fit our needs. I have been using another party supply for the past several years and thought they were good until a colleague suggested Fun Services. I am a big fan and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a top level party supplier. I will definitely be using them again

BEST KIDS PARTY YET! Thanks to fun services. This place is a one stop shop for any party needs. They helped us from the very beginning with floor plan/​layout to what will work best, food services and all. Can’t believe I used to these parties alone!

We used Fun Services this past Saturday for our Employee Picnic and it was a success thanks to them! All of the games we played included both adults and kids and everyone had a great time. The DJ played great music, the balloon artist was AMAZING, and the face painter did an awesome job, as well. The staff was extremely friendly and were very involved in the games. It would NOT have been a success without them. I highly recommend using them for a company picnic and we look forward to using them again next year.

We used Fun Services for a 4^th of July block party. We rented the hot dog machine, cotton candy machine, snow cone, jumper, photo booth, dunk tank and games, tables and chairs. It made our party a HUGE success! There were about 4 staff tat stayed to help and they were wonderful. I would highly recommended Fun Services!
