We love Canine Custom Cuts! We take all 3 of our dogs here and they always come back looking and smelling amazing! They take great care of the pups and are always very friendly! Definitely recommend them!

You know when you have a long haired furry child and you are terribly critical on how groomers cut his hair? Well, that’s me. But to the extreme! I want my maltese’s hair to be cut short but still keep that cute teddy bear look, so that when it grows out, he still looks like a bear :). For some reason, I haven’t had the best luck with finding a groomer that can listen to my instructions. But I decided to take a chance with this groomer, although there’s plenty to choose from around the area… And I am SO glad I did! Not only does the groomer do an awesome job on cuts, but they have a pick up and drop off service as well! I have 2 dogs and I’ve had to pay big bucks to have a mobile groomer come to my house to groom my big fatty English bulldog. It came to a point where I hated having her groomed because it was so expensive. Now, I have found a groomer that picks up both my dogs, grooms them while I run my errands, and they come drop them off when they are done. And get this, the prices are AWESOME. It can’t get better than that :) thank you Canine Custom Cuts for making my life just a bit easier!

My first time sending my friend’s dog to a groomer for a bath. Staff are very friendly. My dog came out fresh and clean. She is actually very happy. Like this place.

BEST place in the world! I took my pup, June, to so many groomers. One left her private parts in a bloody mess, another gave her razor burns, and another gave her serious blood work even with the awesome reviews. :(This place, however, is an awesome delight. Even though they rough handle her a bit, I get it since she’s horrible. She squirms, she kicks, it took two men to make her still. (BTW, she’s only 25 pounds and 16 inches at the whithers…) She also pooped and peed the whole time. I felt so bad, but she came out with NO cuts, even fur, and smelling so nice. I couldn’t ask for a better groomer.

I am a regular here! That’s great! I usually dont stick to one place since I love trying new places, but since dogs are like family and I wanna make sure my dogs feel safe, I only take them to this place now. My dogs don’t get as stressed, I think they like the groomer^^ (his name is Young btw) many years ago when I took them to another place, they slept all day (from stress I believe)
My dogs come out soft and smelling so good~~ they also have options to brush teeth, and apply flea medicine, I have tried both. Recommended.

If i could give a lower star i would. I have taken my dog here a few times but after thia viait, i will never take my dog there again. I took him to this place yeaterday. When he got home we tried petting him and he waa shivering and cried out loud twice. He’s a beautiful papillon, so theyre kniwn to be sensitive, but i know my guy. This waa first clue. An hour later i notice thar his left eye is blood red! I took him to the vet right away and they immediately asked if ive taken him to this groomers before. So im thinking something was done to him. Sure enough the vet says that this could be due to any traumatic event or strangling! I spent 166 $ on his shot and ointment. First thing this morning we go and she claims noyhing has ever happened in the past 20yrs. Well if nothing ever happened why did my dogs eye look like that? She spoke with our vet in their language. The groomers threatened her to take her to court and of course the vet back out and said she never said anything. The groomers paid half of the 166 $ i apent on our dog. If nothing happened, whyd they pay.
Pls dont ever take your family here! Not worth it!

I have a miniature poodle that is a bit stubborn so I have had so many groomers complain about her. However when I went to Canine Custom Cuts, Sonia was super nice and knowledgable. She took such good care of my poodle and golden retriever. They genuinely care for the pups that come to their shop and their prices are super affordable. I love supporting businesses that truly love what they do and this is one of them. This is the only place I will trust with my dogs.

I’ve been a customer 11years (the only groomer my mini schnauzer has ever been left with), and when the owners sold to the new people I was concerned but willing to give them a try. Today was the last time. My request to please handle my 12yr old dog gently was met with «we are gentle with ALL the dogs» — which did not line up with the rough handling I witness in the front as well as by workers in the back area. I should not have left my dog today. When I picked her up, she had a cut in her ear with dried blood. There was no charge for the service. I was heartbroken and mad at myself.
People — do NOT leave your animals with groomers unless they allow you to observe handling and explain the painful procedures that will be done to them. Be alert to the dryers that unsafely raise the dog’s body temperature. Acknowledge the very stressful, anxiety-​provoking environment your animal will have to deal with.
Only very loving, gentle, compassionate people should EVER be paid to groom defenseless animals. And it would be a plus if they could communicate with their customers. The young man whose phone shopping for his shirt today could really have cared less about my concerns, and when I left with my precious companion and her bloody ear today — I promised myself I would never set food inside again. I am so disappointed after 11years of trusting this place. Beware.

My dogs do not have special needs, so I cannot say anything about their care and attention to dogs with medical conditions that I see someone else noted. However, what I do offer in this review is an unbiased returning customer’s reasons for returning. And compared to some other reviewers here, I have left many reviews, so it wasn’t like I created an account just to make this review.
As a dog lover, you certainly can tell when your dog is loved just the same as when you can tell if someone cares for your child. These people I trust with my dogs and I do not make that trust lightly as I love my dogs more than people in general. I originally found them through Unilocal as well but was hesitant it wasn’t a 5 star because come on, these are my dogs! Gave it a shot anyway.
Through years of repeated experience, i find my dogs are groomed well. They come out smelling clean, hair is soft, not tangled, and rates are relatively reasonable. The main selling point for me is that there is no appointment necessary, as long as I try to bring them before 1pm then they do their best to accommodate. This is a major convenience to my fickle schedules which tends to dictate last minute sometimes.
I think my main and biggest gripe about them is that they keep pronouncing my dog’s name as a bass fish instead of a bass clef as in like a bass guitar. But it seems to be a common mistake even at petsmart and I cannot dock a star just for that.
I went on Unilocal just now to see if they were open Sundays, and was surprised to find that after so long I had not left them a review yet. Thank you canine custom cuts and please continue to take care of my dogs.

Took my Golden Retriever here a couple months ago. My Father in Law dropped him off and he even called me to let me know he ‘specifically asked for an oatmeal bath’. My dog has had issues with allergies in the past from grooming so I wanted to make sure he was given a skin sensitive bath. I picked him up a few hours later, after they called to say he was done. When I picked him up he was already scratching himself?! Then I found a tick on him! A brand new tick with no blood on it and it was NOT there before we dropped him off. I was a little skeptical of the place when they didn’t even ask for rabies vaccination proof. I’ve ALWAYS been asked for that — even when I took him to PETCO for grooming! Ever since then he’s been scratching himself like crazy and he even scratched under his ear enough to bleed and create a scab. He had to be treated for possible infection. I can’t be positive that his continued allergies are a reaction from the grooming, but I am NOT happy with the service we received here.

I love taking my Bella to Canine Custom Cuts. She looks and feels great every time and fast too. I only take my little Bella there every 6 weeks or so but they know her by name. I don’t even really need to tell them what I want. I walk in, my little one gets greeted with «Oh Bella!», and they take her back immediately. Prices seem pretty standard. I think they have an early bird discount on certain days but can’t remember specifics. Regardless, the prices are fair and you get outstanding work. Thanks ladies!

1^st time using this groomer, great job. I called at noon on a Saturday for bathing, grooming, and removing some matting on our collie’s coat. I dropped him off at 1, and he was done by 2:30, including brushing out his full undercoat. Absolutely beautiful job. I live 15 – 20 minutes away but it is worth the drive. Price was about 15% more than what I usually pay, but worth every penny because they made it convenient and did a thorough job. Wish they had a wider pickup and delivery area.
