Came here tonight for the 1^st time because I wanted to buy my mom a bracelet for her birthday and I arrived around 6:45 and I saw the store lit up with an open and closed sign, so I was a tad confused if it was open. I opened the door and she said they were closed but I mentioned that her hours had not been change and said they closed at 7pm she apologized and welcomed us in. I can tell she was sincere and I felt welcomed while we were shopping. We talked about random cute stuff in her store and felt no rush at all. She helped us picked out a bracelet and my friend and i were so happy especially because I wanted to give the bracelet tonight.
I appreciate her genuine care for her customers I can’t wait to be back even earlier to explore this cute little boutique :) and her hat was freaken adorable !!! Black simple with a black knot

I actually used to work here prior to the change in location. Adania has got to be one of the hardest working women I’ve ever encountered, and has a passion for finding what’s «different» than what’s in all of the other stores. Some times that means you’ll run into clothing or styles that aren’t exactly your style. For that reason, it’s a good place to browse for statement pieces. As someone who’s hoping to find pieces here and there that are exciting, or that aren’t as obvious as the average Nordstrom, Free People, or J Crew purchase – this store serves that purpose. The store gets new pieces in often, when I worked there, I remember bringing new garments to the floor almost every other day.
The new look of this store is dramatically different than the bright kelly green that the walls at the previous location. It’s a bit more subdued – but still totally Adania.
I’m giving it ³⁄₅ only because I’ve lived out of state, and haven’t been able to visit the new location – so I’m keeping with the store’s current average rating.

This store is cute? Um does cute mean ghetto these days?! I have $ 120 to this store and all I want is my money back. I got clothes as a gift and I will never find anything I like here. If the owner is reading this PLEASE give me my money. I don’t want your ghetto clothes. Everything in there is out dated and OVER PRICED. A white blouse for $ 50 are you joking me? And not even that but they have THE WORST CLOTHES EVER. EW!

This store is so cute! I found it by accident (a happy accident, of course!) yesterday when shopping for some last minutes gifts at the stores on Main Street in Yorba Linda. Full of really great window displays, I couldn’t wait to see the wonderful clothes and accessories this store had inside.
The store had great displays everywhere. We saw a table full of wonderful accessories, and I found the cutest metallic wallet for my mom for Christmas. Beautiful outfits were displayed throughout the store. Some of the outfits and accessories were truly drool-​worthy. I can’t wait to see what new items they’ll get in here.
Lovely sweaters and jackets, fun jeans, and cute accessories were well stocked throughout the store. Shoes and handbags are my weakness, and there were plenty of beautiful styles to choose from. I wish I had spent more time looking at the great looking boots towards the back of the store.
The sales were super here as well. The store owner mentioned the 20% off anything in the store, which was great since our items were really beginning to add up. In the back, the clearance section had apparel at 60% off. I found a beautiful velvet jacket here.
The customer service was great as well. One of store owners helped us pick out some pretty accessories. She even helped me decide on which dress and jacket to wear to an outdoor wedding we were attending today. The beautiful velvet jacket went well with the dress I wore. I’m so glad I listened to her extremely helpful advice.
With really beautiful clothes, wonderful accessories, and friendly service, I can’t wait to come back and see what great items Adanias gets in next!

Great shop, owned by a local Yorba Linda family. She always has a great selection of clothes and shoes, and in small sizes too which isn’t always easy to find. Very friendly and helpful. I am a repeat customer.

I’m actually sitting in front of the store right now. I was in there yesterday to see what kind of dresses they had for a wedding I’m going to on Saturday. I asked them what the store hours were because I was planning on coming back to try them all on the next day. They said 10:30 which is also what their answering machine and website say. It’s now 11:12 and they are not open yet. What? Are you kidding me? This is rediculous. They must not care much about their customers.

Waiting in front of the store right now, they said they open at 10:30 and it is now 11:11. Been trying to call the store and it goes to voicemail. Rude employees that don’t think you are worth their time.

I think this place is great! But probably won’t matter what I think since my review is probably going to get deleted again because one of the previous commenters who are trying to ruin this great store’s reputation keeps flagging all good reviews as «inappropriate». Ignore them and come to this store, it amazing and the owner is very sweet. Won’t find another place that has beautiful fashion and great spirit.

Don’t ever go to this store. Their customer service is horrible and they don’t return phone calls or treat customers well.
We bought a gift basket at an auction which had 6 gift certificates for ten dollars each. We noticed someone had blacked out the word «New Clients Only» but we did not worry as we had never been there before. The only other limitation listed on the certifiate was thaat it could only be used on regular priced items and not on jewelry.
My wife went to the sttore to purchasse a pair of Tom’s Shoes and they would not honor the gift certiificates. When I made three phone calls to the store asking for the owner, none were returned. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB gave this place a rating of C-​. All this place did was sayy lies about us by saying we had fifteen certificates. They said the certs were only for new clients. Once again we had NEVER been there before. The certs had NO other limitations.
They show on the certificate that they are on «MyFoxLA’s» Hot List. RIGHtT! Hot for what? Attitude and crappy service?

I actually came into this store for my first time today and I LOVED it!!! It had everything I could ever want like it was my own personal closet made just for me! Adanias has so many different styles of Miss Me Jeans that I could not find anywhere else! She even has a great variety of toms shoes that me and my daughters just couldn’t get enough of.
The owner and her employees were all so very nice and I felt they actually cared about me almost like we were all good friends even though I just met them. I really felt right at home. I’m actually surprised to know that this store has been next to Rainbow Kids for about 5 years now and I take my kids to get their hair done there all the time and never knew!
I really love her creative concepts when it came to her jewelry and shoes displays and everything I bought there today was in a good and reasonable price range. I seriously can not wait to tell all my girlfriends about this place, I think I’ve found a winner!

I am a regular at this boutique and I have nothing but nice things to say about it. Great prices, friendly staff and a great selection of current fashionable items. I usually go to find my outfits for special occasions because I know I will find great looking outfits and the plus is that I always get great service. The owner is very outgoing and accommodating. I also attended the «Style Your Sole» event and I was greeted more than once. Overall a happy customer.

ok. i came in yesterday for the «style your sole» toms event and what a horrific experience! if i could give them a zero, i would.
everybody inside that store doesn’t seem to be very knowledgeable about toms shoes, and everybody just seemed like they didn’t really care about their customer. granted we came in late, it was 5pm already and the event ends at 530 but still. customer service is customer service no matter what time it is.
i asked them what styles of toms shoes they have and the 1^st thing they asked me was what size i was. so i said 6.5. i was expecting them to tell me what styles they have for my size but instead we went back and forth by them asking me what style i wanted so they could check if they have it in my size, and by me telling them that i don’t know what style i want, i wanted to see what they have first! was it so hard to understand?!
finally they told me that whatever was out on display are the ones they have. i couldn’t choose since it was so limited, they had like 10 styles. so i asked one of the girls how the «style your sole» thing works. all she said was, yes, they customize. ugh! can you be any more vague?! i don’t think that’s a good response to someone who is very interested in buying something from you! then a girl approached me looking all lost and asking me what size i was. i said a 6.5 and she asked me if i wanted black. excuse me? i was asking what kinds of customization is done on the shoes so i can decide if i want to get one or not. mannn so frustrating! so in all that frustration i just gave up. no love for the late-​comer i guess. the lady that i first talked to (i believe she’s the owner or manager), basically just told me it’s almost 530 and they really couldn’t cater to me anymore. outstanding customer service yea??? (sarcasm)
to top it all off, the bf and his brother were with me and since it’s a ladies store, there really wasn’t anything for them. they were wandering in the store and saw a table with stuff that was on display along with a hugo boss tester. so as people usually do when they see testers, they tested it. they were basically told they can’t do that because the stuff on display was for a raffle. but why would it say tester?! «oh because it was a donation…» was the response. wtf?! hahahaha they’re raffling off a tester perfume! man o man.
i will NEVER go back to this place. even if it’s another toms event. i’ll just get my toms online. :p
