FRAUDULENT!!! Sold me a Benz with a 4matic sign and then had me come back a day later to buff it out. Me being stupid not knowing about cars didn’t know the big difference of 4matic and non 4matic until this past winter I find out its rear wheel drive. For the past several month I was happy until I found out it was rear wheel drive!!! I called them to advise them but of course they stated what does your paper work say? Ugh stay away from them!!! Never got around to posting this… it too late for me but I was scammed. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

beware when purchasing from this dealership. my dealer set up the insurance using a fraudulent address to lower the rate just to get the car off the lot and two months later my policy was cancelled because of the address discrepancy. the address on the front of the id card isnt necessarily your policy address. do not allow them to set up your policy without watching what they’re typing for this exact reason.

Be aware this place is a bunch of junk cars. One star is too much for them but this is Unilocal,I have to put a one star. The customer service is good when you want to buy a car but once you get the car or you’re not interested in the car anymore they’re really mean.
So, I found a nissan online with a good price, and I called them to make sure the car is still available and there’s no fees. The lady who talked to me told me there’s no fees at all, I only have to pay my tax and dmv. that’s it. I went there and the car was not good at all, and there’s $ 3000 additional dealer fee on each car that they have! WHAAAAT! and I told them that lady told me there’s no additional fees at all. and they said no she didn’t said that. GOD!!!
And at the end really poorly :(
After that I went online and I had this conversation again with another girl to catch these lier. and as you see on the pic that I posted, on the conversation she lied to me again to hook me up with it.
Absolutely, I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Their cars have either been into an accident or painted.
Don’t waste your time and money, a lier can’t be trusted.

I literally signed up for Unilocal just to write this review. These people are annoying as hell, I haven’t even gone to the dealership and they’ve turned me off. I got approved for a bank auto loan but I had to go this particular dealership. I considered financing a car through them but after constant calling and emailing me everyday for a week and also reading reviews from others, I decided that I didn’t want to finance a car from them. I mean this woman called me EVERY DAY and left voice mails constantly. I sent them an email saying I decided to go with another dealership and of course I received another harassing phone call from them asking why I decided to go else where and how would I know that the other dealership gave me a better interest rate if I didn’t even stop by. It’s simple really. This next lady had such an attitude and took it personally. I don’t appreciate getting harassing phone calls constantly. They seem to be desperate for a sale which doesn’t sit well with me because it seems like something fishy is going on over there. I wouldn’t recommend them at all based on the phone conversations.

Yonkers Auto Mall has prices that are indeed attractive on luxury cars compared to other local dealerships. However, be prepared to deal with a three hour transaction, poor English, and beware of their warranties that they will try to sell you. The Diamond warranty did not cover anything and was over two thousand dollars. I tried to cancel the warranty but the dealership was no help and Diamond did not even acknowledge the purchase of the plan until months later. Also, beware of their loan process. Chase Auto Loans does charge daily interest even when you make all of your payments on time. Fail.

I went on their website and found cars with prices that beat all other dealers. I called and asked if they still had the car that I saw listed. «Yea, yea come on in and we can do a test drive.» I drove an hour to the dealership. Lo and behold, the car wasn’t there. It had been sold months ago. They quoted me a price over the phone and it went from $ 14,350 to $ 16,930 after taxes and tags. Something just doesn’t quite add up there… When I asked about the specific car: «You ain’t say nuttin’ about no EX.» — Sal, Salesman of Yonkers Automall
If the story wasn’t enough to convince you then the speaking ability of the salesman should. Don’t bother with them. It’s a low class place and they are stereotypical used car salesmen.
