Tuxedo by Giovanni

They were literally the best to work with!!! My husband told Carmella the look he was going for and she brought it to life, from the perfect color to the fit. She was thorough enough to even ask to see a swatch of my dress to make sure the colors matched his tie and vest. Giovanni made sure all of the fits were perfect before all the suits were picked up. We loved working with them!

I loved my experience at Tuxedo’s by Giovanni’s. Often times, I feel like the groom and groomsmen look like they have been forgotten about the day of the wedding. Like no one took the time to make sure everything was sized appropriately and fit well. I wanted my fiancé to look really good when he walked down the aisle and after speaking with the owner, we made an appointment to see what they had available…
FYI-​you must make an appointment before going to the store. You cannot even just stop by unexpected… they provide one on one customer service to their clients and they are always back to back with appointments.
We worked with Carmela, the owner’s wife, who I absolutely love, and she had my fiancé try on a ton of different fits & styles. I asked so many questions and she took the time to answer all of them. After that first appt, which was about 6 months prior to our wedding, we decided that this was going to be the place. Carmela instructed us to come back a few weeks prior to the wedding for my FH to get remeasured incase his weight changed. In between the 6 months, I felt comfortable to call them with any questions and was able to see them multiple times when my dad and grandpa had to get fitted. Each fitting, Carmela took as much care and interested in how they looked just as she did with my FH.
We just had my fiancé’s final fitting today and Carmela refitted him with a different tux since his weight changed. She made sure he looked amazing and I cannot wait to see him walk down the aisle. I also cannot say enough good things about this place and Carmela! She 100% cares about what he clients look like and want the men to look as best as possible. I could not have asked for a better experience. They are amazing!
Another FYI: The rentals are a little bit more expensive than if you go to some type of chain store, but I would have paid even more that I did just to have Carmela dress my fiancé for our wedding. Can’t wait to see it all come together!

I walk in to this store because i wanted to see what the store looked like and what type of tuxedos and services they offered. Firt of all, it took the clercks 15 minutes to acknowledge we were there, and when they finally decided to acknowledge our presence, they guy looked at us like we were from another planet. He started the conversation by saying i dont understand why people do this, everybody needs to come in with an appointment! I went ahead to explain to him that we werent there for a fitting that we just wanted to see their tuxedos and get some info on how expensive they were!!! I understand they have rules, but you dont talk to people that come in to your business for the first time like there bothering you. I honestly dont think like i would recomend this place to anyone. There mediocre treatment didnt stop there, but i think i have said enough. Im not going to waste anymore of my time on them.

I just had my fitting I had it with the owner Giovanni he is amazing within 40 minutes on such short notice he was able to outfit me in a tuxedo with matching couplings and bow tie to match my wife’s elaborate wedding dress this is my best experience ever with this sort of affair if you need a tuxedo a suit shoes even a kerchief Giovanni is the one to see I do not work for them I am just a customer I love what he did for me

My fiancé and I were on the way to a black tie wedding and realized we forgot the tuxedo shirt at home in another state! We found Giovanni’s online and called from the highway about 20 minutes away. We were told they had some appointments already booked through the afternoon, but to come by and they’d do what they can. We arrived (in a huge rush) and were greeted by very friendly staff, who quickly took measurements, while another party was looking at options in the store. They had both rentals and purchases available, and the shirt he offered fit my 6’5″ fiancé perfectly! We purchased the shirt immediately after trying it on and were on our way. Thanks for helping us out!

One hour before my son was supposed to be taking pictures for his wedding, I realized that I forgot the tux in Chicago. We found Giovanni online and rushed to their location. They immediately measured my son and added the bowtie and a shirt that all fit him perfectly. We were in and out of the store in 15 minutes and he looked great. Thanks to Tuxedo by Giovanni for saving the day!
