Suburban Pest Control

Mr. Suarez from Suburban pest control came to treat our apartment for mice infestation.
The service was suboptimal. The first thing you do to get rid of mice is to identify and seal all entry points. Mice can come through many places and they need only a very small hole to get it.
1. Mr. Suarez DID NOT inspect apartment for any entry points. Our management said that wha they would do.
2. After we initiated the «entry point» conversation ourselves, he checked one place behind the stove and said it was sealed «pretty good.» We took a selfie stick and snapped a picture of it, there is a pretty big hole for mice to get it. I will post a picture.
3. all that was done, sticky pads and some poison were left on the floor. THAT“S IT. I could have done it better.
4. did not explain or consult about mice infestation. all we know about this subject is based on our own research.
I would not recommend them.

Great Service. Made the appointment with Jose on Monday and they came on Tues. Called other services who could not give me an appt this week and were more expensive. Anthony the technician was friendly, on time and did a great job removing a wasp hive from my garage. I highly recommend them.

This company is wonderful! Each employee they send to my home is very professional and extremely accommodating ! They couldn’t be nicer! When I call they make it a point to come as soon as possible ! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Wow! These guys are great! The owner Ken and service manager Ralph are amazing. After a bad experience with Green Earth, I did some comparison shopping and boy am I glad I did. Ken at Suburban cared enough about my situation to send out Ralph at no charge, ultimately saving me thousands of dollars. A complete inspection was done and although inconclusive, other steps were taken to resolve the issue. Ralph took the specimen with him to examine, which he concluded was a flea. An appointment was scheduled for about five days later. I was happy to move forward having a conclusive answer and remedy at hand, however, one problem, no more issues. So on the day the treatment was scheduled I called Ken, since after several weeks of discomfort and wrong, potentially costly diagnosis, from another company, I was ready to do anything suggested, but of course didn’t want to do anything if it wasn’t nescessary. I asked Ken, and even though his team was scheduled for two hours later, he suggested I wait. He could have said lets move forward and I would have! This is an honest man in a business that is driven by fear. I was ready to do anything! I appreciate the consideration and could not recommend Suburban Pest control strongly enough. You won’t regret it!
