My friend has found a twig in his food twice on completely different days. We don’t even eat outside so I really wonder why. I hope their kitchen is clean inside! Other than that the chicken teriyaki with white rice is delicious. Keep in mind they only accept debit/credit on $ 10 orders I believe, what a bummer.

Great quick spot if you are looking for a quick bite to eat. I had the chicken teriyaki, consistent every time I go there. Not bad at prices too. So if you are hungry and need something to eat and will fill you up while shopping or in the area. Staff is friendly too! The sauce is a MUST! Whatever it is, it is essential and makes your food even better!!! The only complaint is that fried rice seems like its just soy sauce on rice.

Obviously(hopefully) we’ve all had better food right? However, on a sliding scale taking into consideration the prices as well as the location. This might just be the best cheap, non-dine in option at Cross County. Just remember to keep your eyes on the prize. You’re here for the teriyaki. Order only: –Beef Teriyaki with White Rice –Chicken and Shrimp Teriyaki with White Rice –Chicken Teriyaki with White Rice(double meat of you want) *Always ask for extra sauce at the end* If you follow these guidelines I can assure you that you will be satisfied. Avoid the sushi, bento box, egg rolls, fried rice, lo mein, tempura, etc.

This is my go-to place when I’m in Cross County(almost every week. I know; I should be ashamed). I always order the tofu and vegetable platter with steamed rice, and I’m never disappointed! It’s inexpensive especially during the lunch rush and the portions of the platters are just right!

Got the chicken bento box, good portion for the money, can get extra chicken for $ 2. Make sure you get spicy mayo for the sushi. Very fast service. Good tasting food, freshly made.

Yeah I should have seen it coming with the credit card smh I ordered a chicken bento in which it was above the minimum for card usage after tax. Ideally I thought a soda was included because the lady just looked at me tapping the sodas, by this assumption I opted for the soda to be substituted for water boom $ 1.25 ok no complaining it’s w/e I never had a bento box but the meal came out to be pretty good, I just had hoped the woman at the register was more clear

I went into this restaurant not expecting great food I was just hungry the lines were long in every other restaurant, but I’m glad that I did go on this restaurant because the food turn out to be a really good the price was good the only thing that I did not like is the sushi it was stale and the space is very small. Anyway the teriyaki chicken was yummy!

Not much to say. Teriyaki chicken was OK. Be warned that their brown rice is white rice with soy sauce.

Go by the name. The teriyaki is okay at best. Rice is always best when an Asian makes it(cuz thats how we roll). The only thing that grinds my gears is that the sushi in the bento box was terrible… that really means something when i LOVE sushi. Stick to the teriyaki.

I love Sarku. Growing up I would make trips to the Galleria just for the food court and some Sarku. Walk around, try the free samples… walk around some more… feign hesitation, more free samples. Then there was the great mall dilemma of my youth, bourbon chicken place or sarku? Anyway, great that I don’t have go to the mall to have some Sarku. Best teriyaki chicken I have ever had. Not fancy, just delicious. The chicken is best when they just make it. I have been to this location several times now. One slight concern is that last time I was there they used a spatula for the raw chicken and then touched some lo mein with it. NOTGOOD. Ordinarly I would take off a start for this, but the chicken is so good, I can’t.
