Old Navy

Longest lines ever. Not because the store was that busy, just not enough cashiers. Plenty of employees milling about helping customers, but only to taking the money. The line was over 25 minutes long. I literally was one minute away from walking out.

I have been trying to do a simple merch return for over 35 mins. This staff is too young to be alone by themselves without a well trained manager. After the first mistake they did it again. Just awful.

Wow this place is a mess!!! The store had two cashiers and from what I noticed, only two floor people. Was not able to get help and took a long time to go through the cashier line.
The store itself looked like the clothing items had a bangin’ party last night while the store was closed. Things were on the floor, on the wrong shelves, items unfolded and scattered about. It was overwhelming to navigate. I managed to find something on sale that I liked and decided to try it on. Oh boy! The dressing room looked like a teenage boy’s bedroom! Clothes in piles everywhere and dirty dressing rooms. It looked like the store employees had not put any clothing back on the racks for a week!
Bottom line: this place is not appealing!!‘
Get it together Old Navy!

I’m mildly embarrassed writing a review about Old Navy because I feel I am better than Old Navy, but this place has got the goods.
First of all, it’s new. It’s shiny. And I’m sure it tastes good although I haven’t licked anything yet.
I guess they decided to get innovative with this Old Navy, it has a REALLY COOL changing room area down the gut of the store. Literally it is in the center of the store, you can walk around it. So there’s that, but there is also QUICK rooms that lie on the outside of the changing room area that just has a curtain. This is cool cuz if you aren’t stripping naked you can just jump in there and try a shirt on or something. If you want to strip naked, more power to you.
Otherwise this is Old Navy. It ain’t New Navy. It’s got pretty much the same stuff as any other. It is quite large, though, so maybe a bigger selection.
The changing rooms are really the only reason I wrote this review because I think they are amazing.
