Marble Works Design Team is a family owned and operated fabrication shop. We opened in 1994 with very humble beginnings, and we will never forget where we came from.

I’ve used them twice for kitchen countertops and besides for an impatient (owner?) they
were competitive in pricing, timely and their installers were very professional, knowledgeable and seemed to care that the job was done right.

Unfortunately our project manager chose to hire Marble Works for our Vetrazzo recycled glass kitchen counter top. Marble Works charged us over twice the rate quoted by other suppliers and
— a whopping $ 276.50/ sq.ft. — and did a terrible job. Marble Works made the counter with an unnecessary ugly seam and their installer left a large blue mark that can’t be erased (see pic). Zero customer service, very rude and unhelpful when we wanted to discuss. Go elsewhere!

Working with Marble Works was an absolute pleasure! im not sure what my fellow Unilocaler was talking about, but i’m more than elated that i did not take his advice!
They are so knowledgeable with everything, and were willing to help me with all of my questions! I HIGHLY recommend MW, because not only were they nice, but it was just pure joy to work with them. and on top of it, they were fast and clean with the job!
Defiantly the best in the Tri– state area. You really can’t go wrong here! I can’t wait to work with them again!

If you are considering this place, I highly recommend to STAY away from them. They did a poor job with my simple granite counter top. The granite is way off from the wall in several spots and most importantly, the customer service is horrible. They are NOT very professional at this location. My advice is to take your hard earned money and check out tile places in White Plains. They are outstanding and have very professional people working there. After our counter was installed we got the old, see what you signed instead of sure we can help you with your issues.
Steer clear, you’ll be glad you did!

Do not use these guys! Go somewhere else. They delivered a granite counter top and after we noticed it was cracked they refused to replace it. They’re so nice to you when you walk in the door but as soon as they have your money they forget about common customer courtesy. There are plenty of other reputable granite places in Westchester County to choose from.
