Macintosh Electric has been licensed for over 15 years in Westchester County, and in the process of acquiring licensing in the 5 Boroughs. Macintosh Electric was started in 1994, by Marty Muqattash (Westchester Lic. 69) through determination & will. In 2010, Marty’s oldest son, Kay, successfully achieved licensing in Westchester County, and took over day-to-day operations of the company. In a rough market, Kay has pulled the company through with the same determination his father began the company with, while expanding operations with a back-office to pave his dream in making Macintosh Electric the premier choice in serving Westchester, and the 5 Borough’s. Coming in 2012, Licensing in 5 Boroughs!

Business Owner
Kay Muqattash is Vice President of Macintosh Electric, Inc. He was raised in Yonkers, New York. He graduated from Mercy College (Dobbs Ferry, NY) in 2003 and obtained a Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration.
While in college Kay gained his experience working as an Electrician with his father, Marty Muqattash. He was responsible for the installing and maintaining all of the electrical and power systems for the residential and commercial projects, as well as, to install and maintain the wiring and control equipment through which electricity flow. Through this experience, Kay was able to develop the broadest range of skills to become a skilled licensed electrician, not only in Westchester County, NY in 2010, but also in the 5 boroughs of NY in 2012.
He has a strong work ethic and goes the extra mile on every project he’s involved with. He’s covered a wide range of duties throughout his career, and has proven to have the same determination as his father to expand the company
