My ex wife totaled my ex car that happened to be in my name. Not wanting to be a crumb, I took the insurance money and got her another vehicle. Buying a used car is tricky but that turned into lucky when I ran into Christina from Concept Auto Group 1, a reasonably sized used auto lot on Boston Rd in the Bronx.
After going to several dealers who basically wanted to push to me what was dusty on their lot, Christina asked me what my needs and budget were. Then she found me the car I needed. You’d think they would be a premium for that but, actually the pricing was fair. If that wasn’t enough, since I needed the car in Ossining, they actually delivered the car for me (plus they took care of the DMV). What dealer would do that? Wow that took so much stress out of the deal.
Check them out, ask for Christina. If they don’t have the car you need on their lot, I bet they have the resources to get it.
PS — I didn’t need financing but, they seemed to be connected with several banks. So I’d bet that’s not a problem either.
