I am so through with this place. I have had numerous instances where I’ve dropped off my clothes and had been missing socks. Always one sock would go missing. I let it go until I started gaining clothes with my laundry; an unknown panty here, a bra or tee shirt I’ve never seen before, all mixed in with my clothes. I’ve complained to no avail, constantly being told that the owner or someone will contact me and yet, that never happens. They obviously fold customers’ clothing in close parameters to one another and are lax with keeping track of what belongs to whom. I have brought in whatever foreign clothing I’ve found mingled with my own but who’s to say that anyone is bringing my stuff in if they have found it or even if they laundromat is doing their due diligence to track down the owners of the wayward clothing? I don’t have the time to catalog my clothing every time I drop it off. I pay the extra money to have them clean my laundry because of the convenience and because I don’t have the time so, being that I am paying more, why are they treating mine and the clothes of others, like crap? I’ve solved the missing sock situation by pairing all of my socks together and bagging them separate so that the employees are aware that all of my socks are PAIRED. I am having trouble with the whole, there’s a strange pair of lacy drawers in my bag of supposedly, freshly washed laundry. As I said, NOONE has contacted me regarding my missing items or the fact that I keep finding other people’s clothing mixed in with me. I don’t care that these foreign items are cleaned and folded; they don’t belong to me and they should not be in my bag. I feel like my hands are tied because this is the closest location to my home but I am about to start going elsewhere. It’s not worth paying money to people who don’t value the items for which they are supposed to care.

I drove by this place a couple times before I decided to go here. The place is clean, and has a convenient parking lot next door. They can launder your clothes, but its just as easy for you to do it yourself. To get started, you have to have a $ 1 bill to buy the payment card.(YAY! no quarters required). Then if you have a $ 20 bill, stick that in to get $ 22 worth of laundry money. Any other denomination gets you just that amount. Take a look around to see what size washing machine that you want to use(there are three sizes). There are also two sizes of dryers at different prices for your use. Pro-tip; bring $ 20 to refill your card, free money, who can argue with that?
