History

Established in 2008.

Ronelle started her Allstate agency in Yelm after taking over the business from a retired agent, Eric Dickerson. She has successfully doubled her customer base in Yelm and earned the highest customer service ranking in a five state region.

In 2014, Ronelle took over her dad’s (Bill Funk) Allstate agency in Lacey. You can call either office to get a hold of Ronelle or one of her 8 licensed agents. They would be happy to provide you with the service you deserve and the protection you need.

Ronelle has owned her Allstate Insurance agency in Yelm since 2008 and in 2014, she took over her dad’s location in Lacey when he retired. Ronelle worked for 17 years for local community colleges and a financial aid administrator, policy analyst, counselor, and adjunct professor.

She has a Master’s Degree in psychology from Saint Martin’s University and a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology from University of Washington.

Ronelle loves to treat her customers like family and it shows as her agency was voted #1 in customer service in a five state region.
