Established in 2014.

Coldwell Banker was established in 1906. We are proud to be affiliated with this nationally recognized brand that provides a wide range of available services for both buyers and sellers.

In 1997 our office joined the Coldwell Banker organization, as Winzinger, Reichert & Associates with John Winzinger as the Broker/​Owner. In 2014, long time Broker/​Agent, David Schiavone took over the office and continues to offer superb service to clients buying and selling real estate.
