My children see Dr. Stavalone. Yes, you will wait for her FOREVER, but it’s worth it. She’s not constantly checking her watch to stay within the alotted time frame. She remembers our kids, she doesn’t leave the room until you have all of your questions answered and the best part of all is that she treats you as a fellow parent, not that she’s above you because she’s a doctor.

I’m very picky when it comes to doctors so if I give one 4 stars, they deserved it.
Been bringing my 8 month old here since birth and they are so great. No rude receptionists, no snobby cold nurses. It’s very clean and modern there.
My son was born worth a kidney issue and they take great care of him. CHOP is not always easy to hey hold of, and that’s when they step in and get thru for you. They are a wonderful parent and child advocate when it comes to having to deal with multiple care providers.
If your child is sick, they get them in right away.
They just make it very easy.
Now, i did not give 5 stars as there are a few doctors that kind of don’t let you get a word in, but that’s any dr. I think so just stand your ground. There have been times I felt very uncomfortable telling my concerns but now, I let it be heard.

My kids see Dr. Ursula and she is amazing. I haven’t had any issues with the desk staff or office manager. They always fit in for sick visits and fill out any paperwork we need without issue. Great office!
