Red River Inn

If I could give a minus star I would, we stopped into the place, looking to just relax, have a beer and hang for a while. The place is full of dirtbags, unsavory types and guys who like to look at your woman. I went to the bathroom and the place was gross! I was going to walk on their back deck thinking that it might be okay, it wasn’t, a couple of guys out there burning a fatty! Not a place for people with taste, but of you like guys in camouflage hats and jackets, bad wings, pot smell, and assholes trying to pick up your date… this is the place for you! And for godsakes man, CLEAN THE MEN’S ROOM!

Rich the owner is a really nice guy that is usually there, even late, and interacts with all of the customers.
Kind of a divey bar, this is by design i believe. Never tried the food here but the drinks are great and served in a pint sized glass. At a place like this, you are likely to get your vodka soda served in a bud light glass, but who cares.
The one negative i offer here is the blonde bartender that works on fridays and Saturdays. Girl, you don’t own this place and im not giving you $ 50 to kiss the other bartender. The only smile i have ever seen on her face was when some guy actually gave her a $ 50.
Now the dark haired girl is actually very nice and seems to not just be focused on extortion of $ from the patrons.
I don’t know names other than the owner Rich (even though I have been here a dozen times), because nobody ever says «Hi, I’m xxxxxxxx») they just say «what do you want?» With a bothered look on their faces.
Why the four stars? Drinks are big and cheap and not weak. Perfect place to get a little wacky and take a 2 mile cab ride home from. A date spot? Well not for anyone that I would date but…

Awesome place! Lots of fun all the time! Always has benefits for great causes! Great food. You gotta try the steak or skewers. Open Jam on Sundays with great crowd and great bartenders!

After Red River Inn put up a highly offensive and racist meme on their fb, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I think a public apology is owed for such a uneducated/​bigoted post.

Its a nice little bar, Usually pretty busy and staffed by friendly people.
There is always something going on there, from charity events to holiday themed parties.
The pool tables are on the expensive side ($ 2) and the main one is somewhat crammed into a space that requires you to use shortened cues to strike your ball.
They often have country line dancing and a DJ as well.
The owner is a decent guy, he is always around, especially in the evenings.
He is approachable, however if you are just meeting him, he seems a little like a dick. He is just an acquired taste, not a bad guy at all… just kinda funny that way.
The bartenders are all awesome, and the kitchen staff is even better. The only real gripe i have about the place is that they need to have better domestic drink specials, other than PBR.
