Attempted to talk to Jim Smith with Yale hardware.
The receptionist hung up on me, when I tried to call back. I was hung up on for the second time.
I need to buy a new gutter attachment.
Not only is the receptionist extremity rude but the prices for what I’m looking for are outrageous.
If there was any other place I could go, I would.
