Staci’s Catering, offers an extensive menu of delicious and fresh Home-​made food. With 14 years of experience and her love of the trade she is absolutely one of the best caterers in the industry. No matter how big or small your event, she always delivers top-​level service with the satisfaction and tasty meal you’re looking for. Specializing in «Dinner by the Bite,» with items like; Brie Cherry Pastry Cups, Green Chili Sliders with Tangy Tomatillo Sauce, French Cheese, Meatloaf Cupcakes with Mashed Potato Frosting and Steak Salad Baskets. The food is truly remarkable. Defiantly try the Pork Loin Sandwich. Entrees like Jalapeño Popper Chicken Breasts, Apricot glazed Salmon and Roasted Chicken with Dijon Herb or Chipotle Sauce will surely please your guests. All the food that leaves her kitchen is made from scratch by Staci herself. You may like to just have a dessert party with choices like Coconut Cranberry Shortcakes, Chocolate Peanut Torte, Cookies-​and-​Cream Cake, White Velve

History

Established in 2012.

I decided to become a caterer because I was getting married and could not afford the a caterer. I had big ideas about the meal I wanted to serve.

I was always interested in cooking and loved entertaining and I decided to start a business. I named it Classy Catering which soon expanded into Bridal Concepts & Classy Catering ~ The One Stop Wedding Shop ~

After a few years I followed my heart, sold the bridal inventory, Put my catering stuff into storage and went to work in the Yakima Convention Center. I learned a ton and quickly moved up to Assistant Banquet Manager. I worked there for six years before I once again decided to start my own business. In April of 2009 I started catering with a partner. In January of 2012 I started my own business — Staci’s Catering. I rented the Museum and various other licensed kitchens. It was a lot of work and I spent a lot of time writing lists. But I also earned many repeat clients. I now have my own establishment and cater daily.

I am Staci and I wanted to personally introduce my catering business, Staci’s Catering. Staci’s Catering is fully licensed and equipped to offer you a complete range of catered services. From corporate events to weddings, I do it all. With 14 years of catering experience, whether its shopping or cooking I am always following my motto to never cut any corners. That is the way I operate my business and by the repeat business I have achieved, it is working!

I have both the technical expertise as well as the experience to know how to handle all jobs, big or small. I can easily understand your needs, have a strong presence in the community, great references and continuously strive to offer the best catering to my customers.
