For over 15 years Fickel & Son Construction, Inc. has built custom homes and additions. We do all phases of remodeling for commercial as well as residential. We specialize in restoration of older homes and are proud to share our own home as an example-​an 1890’s Craftsman style of which we are the third owners. We also specialize in kitchen and bath remodels with our own in-​house custom cabinet and millwork shop. We are ready to make your dreams a reality!

History

Established in 1997.

Jim Fickel has been involved in various aspects of the construction industry for over 35 years. He worked many years in the HVAC and cabinet and millwork industries. Prior to opening his own business with wife Shelly he project managed for a well known local construction firm for 7 years. After opening in 1997 we are proud to say we have enjoyed servicing our customers for nearly 15 years. Our Daughter Kelsey joined us 4 years ago assisting Shelly in the office and our Son Jared joined us after graduation 2 years ago. We are truly a family owned and operated local business. Our Customers mean the world to us and our first priority is that they have a satisfactory experience using our company and do not hesitate to call us back for future work. Business Owner

Married 31 years with two children. I have worked construction all my life. I especially love working with wood and creatiing one of a kind custom cabinetry. Finish work is my specialty. Organization and a good working relationship with my subs who have serviced me for many years is key to my being able to complete jobs thouroughly and on time. My hobbies are fishing, camping and boating.
