Always looked forward to seeing this when Visiting Yakima!

Good customer service, got my kids food out asap to help me with two cranky preschoolers. Food was good and fresh made. Military discount was awesome. Décor was almost old enough to be retro (but so am I). Hubby had no complaints about the restroom.

The food was good. Sandwiches nicely prepared. Fries and Mozzarella Sticks were nice and hot. Dining area was clean. Bathrooms were old and door locks were broken and soap dispenser was empty.

Not as bad as it use to be. Much cleaner than in the past. Fast service.

I had a feeling this franchise was not going to impress me too much when the employees didn’t notice me for almost five minutes. Or were at least too busy to notice.
It took a while to get my food, and they were not that busy, so I don’t know what the hold up was. While I was waiting I hit the restroom to take care of business before resuming the road trip. This location looked fairly well kept until I hit said bathroom. Very old and dirty looking with cracked fixtures… ewwwwwww.
Food was good once I got it. Also, Arby’s in general is going way too far in the recent price hikes that many restaurants are doing right now. But then again I have always thought Arby’s was a little too expensive. Not sure if I would go to this location again or not.
