Established in 1947.
Originally formed through a partnership between Ohio State grads Robert Hirst Wead and Philip Aultman.
Occupied various office spaces in the Allen Building at the corner of Detroit and Main Streets from 1947 – 1991.
Moved to present location at 53 W. Main Street (site of former McDorman’s menswear store) in 1991.
