This is actually China Max, not China Mix. It’s a fairly typical Chinese food vendor in a mall food court. A typical entrée would be rice or noodles with two meats, which works out to more meat than rice. Even though there wasn’t anything really remarkable, they do have a good variety of dishes to choose from and service was decent, with no wait on a Sunday because it isn’t a very busy mall.

The food was not as good as I thought. The spicy beef was okay but I can tell it was over cooked. The vegetables were really low quality, the baby corn is nasty and the celery looks really dirty. The onion was not near cooked. The service was really good but I prefer to get better food.

This is by far the best Chinese food I have ever had and I have livedcall over tge east coast. Including Nj, Pa and Nyc. Chinese is mine and my Fiancees favorire Friday night dinner sonwe are always in search of the best Chinese. Both my fiancée and I agree this is the best food we have encountered. The portions are also wonderful and thevprices are reasonable and fair.
