16 years with Reading Berks, I’ve even carried them after moving to western OH, and I called for a jump for my motorcycle and they denied me, saying I need to purchase an RV membership for them to offer services for my bike. Seriously. If I could give them zero stars I would.
So much for customer retention. My cell service provider offers the same services for cheaper.
Member since 1997, and look where it got me…
