Spent over 20k on home Security and audio system.
Within a year we had issues with 2 cameras not working.
They said they would come back and warranty, they never did. Called, texted, dialed 10 times, still no reply
Now our audio system Isn’t working either and they won’t even call us back!
The 1 star rating is misleading their customer service is insulting.
