Big Brother Moving & Storage

Called this company to move a couch. When we got to my apartment they tried telling me that the couch wouldn’t fit in the doorway. The doorway was just as big as the one at the house that they carried it out of. They were trying to fit the couch vertically instead of carrying the couch. They just did not want to deal with moving the couch. They tried telling me that they would trash the couch for me. I refused to let them do that. I ended up having friends help me move in the couch with no problem. These guys are lazy and not worth the money. They also did damage to a door which they are responsible for fixing and I have had to call them everyday to get a response on when it will be fixed.
