Sam’s Hope is a 501©(3) non-​profit organization dedicated to saving the lives of companion animals by keeping those facing economic and health challenges and their pets together through food, veterinary and other assistance programs.

History

Established in 2012.

Sam’s Hope, established in January 2012, was inspired by the founders beloved pets, and their awareness of the current economic climate which forces many pet owners to surrender or abandon their pets.

Meet the Business Owner

Marianne I.

Business Owner

Marianne is Vice President of McGruff Safe Kids Total ID System, a child identifcation and safety education program based in Tampa Bay, FL. She has worked in this capacity since the founding of the company in 2001.

She is also co-​owner of Tony’s Pizza City in Wyndmoor, PA, a family, restaurant business that was established in 1962.

Prior to her career with McGruff, she freelanced as a graphics and web designer.

When not working, Marianne enjoys gardening, photography and interior decorating.

She lives in Southeastern PA with her husband Tony, and their beloved Havanese, Molly, who was rescued in May 2012.
