Horrendous experience. I’d highly advise looking elsewhere. This company was hired to do my military move. They showed up late and left late. My floor was damaged and my claim was denied simply because all 3 crew members had the same story. Only 1 person was packing my large furniture in the bedrooms and he pointed to the spot in the middle of the room where he packed a large nightstand. The spot was covered by a thin rug, and when I lifted the rug, there were gashes and scrapes right where he said he packed it. When I asked him, he said he didn’t do it. Gave him the benefit of the doubt… but then in the second bedroom (a room I never even used) I caught him packing a large bookcase by himself and noticed in the very spot he was packing it, there were more scrapes and gashes on the floor. When I asked him again, «I didn’t do it». I couldn’t believe he how he kept a straight face. I installed this hardwood flooring with my father in the first home i ever owned and took great pride in it. I’d recommend this company if you don’t mind poor packaging, movers who will lie to your face and to their superiors, and if you know you won’t suffer any property damage. I still tipped each member of a 3 man crew $ 20 each which I fully regret. Even though 1 member lied to my face and suffered property damage cause I figured it was still the right thing to do. Never again… pick another company. It’s not worth the headache. I’ve already talked to my military transportation office about my experience and it’s not the first complaint they’ve received. Good luck in your search. Hopefully this is one less company you’ll consider.

Spoke w/​David who was trying to help my parents out of a moving logistics mess. Professional, prompt and had a great solution for us at a great price. Would have signup up w/​him… but my flight details and other items lead to us keeping the first mover’s pushed back schedule. Will definitely be calling them back when I do need moving services.

I had AA American Moving and Storage do a move for me last month. At first, I received a cold call from AA. I was skeptical at first, but after meeting the moving manager Joe, I felt more comfortable. The price was fair and there were no surprises. Overall I was very pleased with the service provided and will use them for my future moves.
