Shaun Simpson is a full time, full service Realtor who is proud to work with the preeminent residential real estate brokerage in central Ohio, Cutler Real Estate.

With over 9 years of Real Estate experience including residential, new build and commercial, Shaun has developed the skills and expertise to help a wide range of clients. As a greater Columbus resident for over 20 years Shaun has seen the city grow and has used his excellent market knowledge to sell homes all over the Greater Columbus area. Shaun has an extensive financial background including an undergraduate degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati and a MBA in Finance from Franklin University.

Shaun is a current resident of Powell where he has lived for the last 10 years and is a graduate of Dublin High School in Dublin (now Coffman). He enjoys community activities with his wife and 3 year old Daughter and is currently a member of the Powell Chamber of Commerce.

Shaun was actually the sellers agent, but I wanted to take time to say what a great experience he gave us as the buyers. He would get answers extremely quick for us. Example is we asked our realtor where the bus picked kids up for school, and within an hour he responded to our realtor. This is for the buyer who was already in contract. He could have blown us off as he had a contract signed for his clients, but wanted to make sure we were happy to make the sale go through for his clients. I can’t imagine the service you would have if he worked directly for you. I give him two thumbs up, and have appreciated his help through our process of buying our home!
