History

Established in 1997.

In my years in the real estate business I have experienced a broad range of roles including independant agent (rookie), leader of a multi– agent team, and brokerage owner/​partner. I have had the wonderful fortune to be a part of bringing Keller Williams Realty to Ohio, and am thankful every day to be part of such a dynamic company.

With a focus on consulting rather than selling and a training based philosophy, we have thrived in booming markets and continue to do so even in the challenging markets of recent years. Business Owner

Eric grew up in Central Ohio and spent his college and post college years in Colorado and Central Oregon, returning in the mid 90’s.

Growing up, Eric experienced the world of real estate on a regular basis as his father was a local Architect/​Builder/​Developer. Little did he know this range of exposure would serve him so well in the future.

In 1997 Eric began work as a full time Realtor with Coldwell Banker. A move to RE/​MAX the following year created the platform to build his real estate business in a dynamic environment with other top producing agents.

Since 2002 Eric has been an owner/​partner of Keller Williams Capital Partners Realty, the first Keller Williams franchise in Ohio. This dynamic and high producing office offers the training, support and synergy which has allowed Eric’s business to thrive.

Eric is married to his wife Nikki and has twin daughters. They all reside in Westerville. They lead an active and fun-​filled lifestyle and enjoy many family activities.
