At Braveheart Sales Performance, Gretchen provides the leadership for all business activities and directs the overall strategy of the firm.

She founded the firm in 2009 and then folded her predecessor company, Gordon Sales Management, into Braveheart. She operates as the lead on various client engagements providing both solutions with existing sales organizations as well as helping companies improve their sales talent recruiting and hiring effectiveness.

Gretchen has helped companies propel their sales in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, business services, distribution, software and financial services firms, and has a special familiarity with and track record in the security alarm and security systems integration industry.

Prior to Braveheart, Gretchen was a Director with CIT where she generated, structured and negotiated transactions generating $ 52 million of increased revenue during her two year tenure as her division’s top producer, while simultaneously expan
